All beautiful new furnishings. Second floor corner unit with many many windows. Sun room provides wonderful breeze and area to relax. Ceiling fans through out. All light and bright! Flooring is ceramic tile, hardwood and carpet in bedrooms. This unit is one of only 6 units. Very quiet.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and spacious walk in closet. The master shower has a tub and large double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large walk in closet. The second bathroom also has tub and shower. There is a large linen closet in the hall.
The living room and den both have pull out couches.

This is a fantastic getaway location. The condo was very well maintained and had loads of room, open and bright. Bedrooms are nice sized, with large walk in closets. Nicely furnished. My husband and I will be going back every year! A great value and the owners are very pleasant.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We have been vacationing at St Pete Beach for 10 years or so, and stayed in several condos, including beachfront. This one is our favorite. Nice big 2 bedroom condo, comfortable updated furnishings, with game room, closed in porch, two baths, 1 1/2 blocks from beach. The condo building is on a quite street in a very nice area. Convenient to everything. I wish it was my condo!

Good Value. A few issues, but overall, a nice place to stay. It wasn't quite 300 feet to the beach, but it was close enough for the kids to walk to and from on their own. Located next to lots of shops, and a couple of grocery stores. We had a nice stay, and everyone had a great time. Owner was very responsive to all my questions. Would stay here again.
