This deluxe condo is located in the Las Palmas Resort at Green Valley, in St. George-Utah. We are 5 minutes from downtown St. George, 10 minutes to the Tuacahn Amphitheater, 15 minutes to Snow Canyon, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow Reservoir, 30 minutes to Zions National Park, 45 minutes to Mesquite-Nevada, and surrounded by local golf courses, shopping, and outdoor activities.
With 2,000 square feet of living space, there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The condo has all the comforts of home splashed with luxurious amenities and decor. Located in building 21 (the newest building in the complex), the unit was just completed in 2007. There is complete privacy with spectacular unobstructed views off the balcony. Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, DVD player, and flat screen TV's. There are five additional foam sleeping pads to accommodate extra guests.
The large family room has a fireplace and an oversize wall mounted LCD TV with surround sound and CD player. A full and complete custom kitchen allows for any type of indoor or outdoor cooking, including BBQ. There are two owners' pools and hot tubs within a few feet of the front door, as well as playgrounds, volleyball, basketball, and biking and hiking trails. Close to all the attractions of southern Utah, this is the perfect getaway location whether you're traveling with a small group or large family. No refunds on cancellation made within 28 days of reservation date.
