3900 sq ft 5 bedroom and 4 bath home located on nice cove off Pea Hill Creek. Pea Hill Creek is great for water sports. Lot gradual slopes towards to a natural sandy beach and dock to play and sun on.

Main level has 2 master bedrooms. One has a Queen and large bath with Jacuzzi and second master bedroom has Queen and single bed. The huge great room can seat 12.
Everyone loves the spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area with table that seats 10-12 plus a sunroom with table that seats 6.
Lower level has a full kitchen with eat-in kitchen. The large great room has a comfortable seating area with TV,pingpong table and foosball. The kids will love their own area.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms (Q, Q and Double, and double pyramid, and 2 singles) and 2 baths. There is also a small cubby area with a double bed for extra sleeping.
House is children friendly with Baby equipment and toys.
Ski boat lift is available for renters.
This house usually books up in the summer rental and is much nicer than pictures show. Pet friendly!
