10 Min to Westerly Train Station. A walk down the street offers access to Quonochontaug Pond for boating, sailing, fishing, kayaking and clamming. Kid friendly neighborhood with a small children's beach a short walk away.
The deck offers water views and lovely outdoor eating. There are two bedrooms and full bath on the main floor and one bedroom on the lower level which walks out to the backyard. Kitchen and baths are updated. On the lower level is a large, bright family room featuring a big screen tv and a foosball table for hours of competitive play.
There is an updated half bath and a laundry room. House is wireless internet and cable tv. An outdoor shower offers refreshing and easy beach rinse off.
Enjoy the quiet comforts of the community or travel a short distance to Misquamicut Beach for evening games, dining and fun. Or enjoy the famous Watch Hill sunsets while dining at a number of restaurants. Newport Beach is a 45 min. drive and wonderful day or evening trip. The ferry to Block Island is 20 min away and offers a great day trip for additional adventure.
