We have priced this property to make it as affordable as possible. Enjoy the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, the master suite, or the sofa of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium on the eleventh floor of Seawind Condominiums. Located 2 blocks from the crossroads on the beach in Gulf Shores. This condominium was opened in 2006.
Their are two large bedrooms, a separate room with a futon and TV for the children. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a walk-in laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, the floors in the kitchen, foyer and baths are tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted.
The amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub and a zero entry wading pool with fountains and sprays surrounded by loads of chaise lounges, a state of the art fitness center with big screen TV's and a lounge area with a sauna, and beach chairs and umbrellas available on the beach.
This condo is in the center of things. Sea and Suds Restaurant is next door on the beach. Hooters is across the street, as is a Waffle House. For the adults, the famous Pink Pony Pub is located 2 blocks west on the beach.
From I-10, follow Highway 59 to Gulf Shores. Where Highway 59 ends at the beach, turn left and Seawind Condominium is 1/4 mile on the right, across from the Waffle House.
