Location: Jaibalito, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, Central America (20 Minutes by Boat from Panajachel)

This 1-1/4 acre property is located on the SHORE of Lake Atitlan in the village of Jaibalito which is about a 30 minute boat ride from the main town of Panajachel. Jaibalito is not accessible by road but public launches go from the main dock (about 50 yards down the shore) from 7:00 am until 7:30 pm. Private boats can also be arranged in advance.
The guest cottage is about 20 yards behind my main house (Not for rent). The cottage has a studio lay out, two double beds, and kitchenette with stove and refrigerator. There is an attached bathroom with a hot water shower. It has a 27 inch flat screen TV with DirecTV from the US and Tivo. It also has a screened in patio with washer and dryer and Wi-Fi access - although a computer is not provided. I do provide towels, bedding and basic kitchen utensils. Maid service is also available upon request.
The property contains my main home, (Not for rent) the guest cottage, and one other house that is being built as a future rental - (contact me for more information.) The property is completely fenced and gated.
