We warmly welcome you to our condo at Coeur d'Alene Idaho. This spacious 1054 sq. ft condominium is located at the Village at Riverstone, a new live, work and play community at Coeur d'Alene.
The property is on the top floor of a secure building. You will have an assigned secure parking space underground. Warm hardwood floors and a large great room with cathedral ceilings accommodate the living and dining area. It comfortably sleeps three people and a twin electric air bed is available for the fourth. The community patio has double gas grills, fire pit, and plenty of patio furniture to lounge in and to enjoy the surrounding views.
This property offers an urban location for your vacation with easy accessibility to the natural beauty of the outdoors and all that it offers year round. Within walking distance are several restaurants, shopping and a 14 screen movie theater, 10 acre city park with kid's play area and trailhead to the Centennial Trail. The free City Link shuttle bus or Riverstone trolley takes you to downtown Coeur d'Alene about 2 miles away.
Stay with us if you are planning on a break with your family at Silverwood. Take a long peaceful bike ride up the hills on your road bike or golf in the early morning hours. If you're looking for a home base for Ironman or Triathlon CDA, we are only 1.75 miles from the start.

Why the Owner Chose Coeur d'Alene
We chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because we needed a place to stay for extended periods of time in the summer and holidays when we come and visit. Since it is close enough to drive, it saves us from having to get on a plane and rent a car. We like being outdoors and the great weather as well as this place makes it possible for us to enjoy it. There are more sunny and warmer summer days here than in western Washington where we live, which is a real treat. It is a lot less congested and the air fresher. I have also taken part in the CDA Triathlon with some members of my extended family for the last couple of years and I especially love the fact that I could ride my road bike on nice and quiet roadways not very far from this property. It is very close to Coeur d'Alene Lake and Spokane River which we have explored on jet skis and kayaks.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Local hotels do not offer the amenities that this condo has such as a living room area to relax in and a kitchen to use when we don't feel like going out for a meal. We save much when we eat in for lunch and breakfast. When we come here, it feels like coming to our own home and not a hotel room. We also like the convenience of walking to restaurants and movie theater. Our daughter can play in the kids playground close by. It is in a newly constructed building which was made with high quality standards that is incomparable with typical condominiums or hotels.
The Village at Riverstone is located along the Spokane River just south of I-90. It was developed on reclaimed land formerly occupied by a lumber mill and gravel pit.

My wife and I live in Federal Way, Washington, a suburb south of Seattle. We have visited Coeur d'Alene for several years now in the summer to spend time with family in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas. We have a young daughter who loves to visit with her cousins at her uncle's lake house on Coeur d'Alene Lake.
