This is our second home in Chatham, MA. Chatham is in the elbow of Cape Cod. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large, sunny living room and deck. It's a .3 mile walk to Hardings Beach.
It has air-conditioning in the master bedroom with a king size bed in a very private area of the house. The master has a private deck. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds with new mattresses. One has an AC wall unit.
We have a deck with outdoor furniture, a gas grill and a Samsung 46" LED Flatscreen HDTV with expanded cable (New England Sports Network) and surround sound in the living room. Since we sometimes work from here, the house has a computer available with high-speed Internet connection and printer. We also have wireless.
There is an outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach and a laundry room with washer/dryer.
We have a local contact in case you need assistance.
There is a bathtub in the main bath and a shower in the master. It is a very comfortable home with a dining table for six.
Beach chairs and umbrella included.

We live in Colorado and hope to retire to Chatham some day. I am a Human Resources Manager and my husband has his own computer software business.
Why the Owner Chose Chatham
Our family started vacationing in Chatham in 1980 and have always enjoyed the beach and relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds.

Great house in lovely location

We stayed at this great house in Autumn 2009 for two weeks. The house is spacious and well equipped and set in its own garden. Within easy walk is a pleasant view over an inlet from the sea and about 10 minutes walk away is a very nice sandy beach. The situation is ideal for exploring Cape Cod and Boston, Martha's Vineyard, etc. In the nearby town of Chatham there is a good range of exclusive shops and restaurants and walking along the beach there, near the light house, you can see many sea lions enjoying themselves. We had a very good holiday in this comfortable house. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
