Located directly across from the beautiful, white sand Siesta Key Public Beach, this fabulous 1200 square foot 2nd floor condo is the perfect luxury vacation retreat. Recently updated furnishings include new in 2009 leather couches in the living room and a new flat screen TV in the living room, TV's in both bedrooms, new in 2008 cut Berber carpeting throughout, and a beautiful, fully equipped and up to date kitchen with Corian countertops. The large, screened with glass doors lanai that directly overlooks the gulf and Siesta Key Public Beach, is a favorite spot for morning coffee watching the sunrise or enjoying lunch or dinner. A futon couch is located here if needed.
The open living and dining areas are bright, roomy and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, range, dishwasher, refrigerator microwave and toaster oven. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath and large walk in closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a view of the beach and bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Complete linens are provided including bath and beach towels. Coin operated washer and dryer are on the floor and are shared by several units. The heated swimming pool is easily accessible with other leisure activities available including shuffle board and a game room complete with card, pool and ping pong tables. Gas grills and picnic facilities are also available. The exercise facility has cardio work out equipment and weights with adjoining shower and sauna facilities. Lighted tennis courts are across the street at the public beach. Abundant and excellent dining, shopping and entertainment options are within a 15 minute drive. Art rich Sarasota offers live performances, galleries, museums. Golf is available at one of the nearby golf courses.
