We are on the beach side, no crossing a street to the beach. Free wireless internet is available inside condo and pool side. This complex is unique in that it has free assigned parking at your door and it is always vacant when you return! This is not the case with most other places. Also, we have amenities not found in newer units, such as larger rooms (huge laundry room), front and rear balconies large enough for table and chairs, storm doors at the front and even a doorbell button! The pool is extra large for a complex this size..
This 2nd floor unit has been updated with a new 32" flat screen TV, new queen sleeper sofa, new recliner, new washer/dryer, new lighting, new sliding door, tile flooring and fresh paint. The unit is fully equipped with all you will need including linens.
If you are here for FISHING, this is THE PLACE to stay! Our location is great for fishermen because we are close to the jetties and the Pass for shoreline fishing and between San Roc Cay and Zeke's Marina for charter fishing. Also there are several other marinas nearby that offer charter fishing. We are in the heart of Orange Beach where everything is convenient including restaurants, shopping, entertainment, nature trails, golf courses and the famous Florabama.
The pictures depict only a few of the many family oriented attractions. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos.
Whether you are going to be busy with activities or just relaxing & enjoying the wonderful southern sunshine, Perdido Dunes is the perfect place!

This unit was just what we were looking for in Orange Beach for a weekend getaway on Mother's day weekend. It was clean, well kept, quiet, and easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Very convenient to plenty of local shopping and great places to eat. Although it is one of the older complexes in Orange Beach, it was very well maintained and fit our plans quite nicely. We would rent again with no problem.
Owner response:Thank you for the nice review. Although our building is older, we update the interior every season so that it is as modern as the newer complexes. It is always a little nicer than your last visit. This year we repainted the walls, installed wood wainscoting in the hallway, added a flat screen TV & installed new single lever faucets in the bath vanities. Also the larger rooms & balconies are great features of the older complexes. We look forward to having you again soon. The Pates

We took 4 of our Grandchildren here on their Spring Break and it was awesome. We would definitely come back here and recommend this to all our friends and family. The pictures are very accurate of what the place looks like. Everything met our expectations and more. Thanks again for a great place to vacation.
