Our updated 2BR/1.5BA townhouse is perfect for your affordable family vacation! The townhouse is located in a gated resort across the street from the beach. The unit is within a few steps of one of the 11 pools in the resort. The Gulf Highland's Beach Clubhouse located beachfront is a 5-7 minute walk from the unit and gives you private access to the beach. The resort has an 18-hole miniature golf course, tennis and shuffleboard available for guests. Two parking spaces are conveniently located right outside the front door of the unit. Free wireless internet is available inside the unit.
Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed. The master bedroom has its own LCD TV/DVD player and a private balcony overlooking the grounds of Gulf Highlands. The living area is decorated with a tropical theme and has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a half bath, cable LCD TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully furnished. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. All linens are furnished.
The townhouse is conveniently located near Frank Brown Sports Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wal Mart, Publix grocery store, the Post Office and many restaurants and other activities. Also, you're only five miles away from the new Pier Park, a beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping mall with festive, colorful Caribbean architecture, containing national chain retailers and restaurants along with unique owned boutiques and specialty stores.
