Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2007
My husband and I have three young children and enjoy splitting our time between Manhattan and Telluride, Colorado. We both hail from beautiful, bucolic areas - Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Seattle, Washington - and truly appreciate the breadth of activities and convenience that life in New York City provides.
Why the Owner Chose Upper East Side
We find Manhattan to be the most amazing city in the world. Between the arts, culture, restaurants, shopping, Central Park, people watching, zoos, botanical gardens, sports - it simply has something for everyone of all ages and interests. And all within a 13 mile long, two mile wide island, centered by the most glorious Central Park.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
All of the sights and activities are a quick walk, subway, bus or cab ride away. At the end of a busy day, it is cathartic to return to our little (3000 square foot) piece of serenity high in the sky.
