Welcome to our Malone Bay lakefront lodge!! Our 4,400 square foot lakefront home is nestled in beautiful northwestern North Carolina in the town of Wilkesboro and sits on beautiful Kerr Scott Lake. ( W Kerr Scott Lake ) Civilization is close enough and convenient – yet far enough to make you feel like you are away from it all!
Our home is located in Malone Bay, a private, gated, lakefront community surrounded by the mountains. It sits on more than six and a half acres of woodlands and has more than 1,000 feet of shoreline along the lake. It is full of personal touches, so we're sure you'll find it warm and inviting.
You will enter a world of relaxing solitude, waking up to amazing sunrises and ending your days with spectacular sunsets. Whether your idea of vacation is rocking in one of the rocking chairs on the back porch while watching the sunset, fishing off our private dock, or exploring the North Carolina Mountains and local wineries for the day, we have any and everything to personalize your stay... All rates are per week, plus a $175 housekeeping fee and a refundable security
deposit.
Off-Peak Season Rates - $3500/week (Nov 01-Memorial Day Weekend)
Peak Season Rates - $4500/week (Memorial Day Weekend through the end of Oct)
Includes Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) & major local festivals.
Monthly rate can be negotiated.

We built this home to accommodate both of our large families and to enjoy the lake, mountains but still be close to civilization for all the basic needs. We love having family gathering and enjoy the people and town....not to mention the amazing LAKE. Hopefully, you will too!

We are Richard and Sara Callari. We built our log home just last year, 2008. We truly enjoy our new spacious home on the lake. It is a perfect home for reunions, getaways, etc....Great location!
