This place is located in the heart of the Destin resort area. Yep, right smack dab in the middle. What you get is fabulous beach. You know, sugar white sand, emerald waters, yada yada. But man, this is a lot more than that.
Slide through the our gated entry, and you are in another world. A tropical one. Like you’ve gone somewhere else! But you’re still right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. Popular tourist venues, family and fine dining, exciting nightlife, and unique shopping experiences.
Few other resorts can compare The Resorts of Pelican Beach. It’s got everything! Go for a swim in one of the three adult pools (gulf front, lakefront, or indoor/outdoor) and let your kiddies play safely in the shallow kiddy pool.
Exercise and fitness centers located in each building make it convenient to maintain your exercise program.
In season, you can grab a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar.
There’s tennis courts, a video game room, Pelican’s PlayZone (a seasonal children’s recreation program), and two spas are guaranteed to keep every member of the family entertained.

Here's’ the scoop on your condo.
Man this place is something else! It’s like walking into a decorator magazine. Check out the photographs of the décor! Tommy Bahama eat your heart out! This is one of the most elegant condos I’ve ever seen! And, there’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. This place has the best views inside and outside!
Look at the LIVING ROOM. Martha Stewart eat your heart out. Beautiful furniture that gives you a real sense of the beach while you’re looking at the beach! Can you imagine?!?
It’s stunning! The sofa is beautiful red leather. Big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! Check out the leather recliner. I did. Almost fell asleep. The entertainment center, which has a big flat screen TV, looks like a 37”.
And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection.
But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. It’s like living in a magazine! Huge king size bed with a beautiful carved Caribbean headboard. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep!
Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The SECOND MASTER is really cool. More great color. A big TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s got a great set up. And it’s open with everything that you need so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with lots of bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table. It’s really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. And you can see the beach while you’re dining. Man, what a view!
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms provide sleeping room for up to 6 with 2 full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And, it’s located in one of the nicest intimate resorts in Destin. You can’t go wrong at Pelican Beach! It’s got everything you want in a luxury beach condo.
