Beautiful Eagle Ridge Resort is a 110 acre resort situated in the Intervale section of Bartlett in the Intervale Resort Loop nestled between the quaint villages of North Conway and Jackson. Stunning panoramic views of the White Mountains from our beautifully appointed 3 BR, 2 BA condominium with pool and tennis on site. Minutes to North Conway and Jackson villages, Storyland, casual to 5-star dining, great golfing, spas, shopping, rivers and lakes. There are many cultural events happening in Mount Washington Valley throughout the summer and fall.
This is a comfortable, clean, well maintained and well-decorated condo with all the rooms located on one floor. Plenty of room for the kids and adults to play on the lawn right off the deck. The living room has TV/DVD//Stereo and access to the large private deck with gas grill through patio door. The deck is furnished with a patio table and 6 chairs for dining alfresco. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountains and a private bath. Bunk bed room has a TV with hookups for gaming and a DVD player. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal for the family. The condo has a second full bath and a large washer/dryer. This unit is professionally cleaned. Beds are made up before your arrival and bathrooms are made up with fresh towels. Starter packs with soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper etc. are left for your convenience.
Eagle Ridge offers a beautiful seasonally heated pool, tennis courts and access to hiking trails on the property. Take a dip after a day at Storyland, shopping or hiking. Bring the kids, the wine, relax and enjoy the incredible views right from the deck.
This property is perfect for families, Adventure, girls weekend and romance, 55 and over. Leaf peeping in the fall is fabulous!

Our family of 4 has been at Eagle Ridge for the last 14 years skiing, hiking, golfing, biking... you name it!! Our boys are both in college so we decided to share it. We love it at Eagle Ridge and are still spending as much time as possible here and we are confident that you will love it too as do our many, many repeat guests!!

This was a great rental for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The condo is beautiful and clean. The location is near North Conway and minutes from Storyland (our prime objective). Our kids loved the pool and grassy area out the back door for playing. All in all a great stay we will recommend to our friends, and probably be back again next year. Thanks!

We had a wonderful, relaxing, though very adventurous weekend, thanks to all the tips and suggestions we received from the owners. The condo is so well equipped and maintained that we really felt right at home. The location is perfect as it is so conveniently situated right in the heart of thousands to choose from attractions land. After a long day of climbing, merry-go-rounding, swimming, biking, we enjoyed the relaxing swim in the pool just a couple of minutes of walk from the condo, and then pampered ourselves with luxurious mountain view right from the porch. Ah, almost forgot about the most important part - the owners! After dealing with them....., you wish they would be your family, or very close friends!

My family had a fantastic stay! There is so much to do in the area...was able to complete a great beginner/intermediate hike right behind the condo - what an amazing view from the top! StoryLand was close by for the little ones. There are so many restauarnts in the area it's hard to choose but if Sushi is to your liking I would recommend Delaney's Hole in the Wall. The condo was beautifully maintained and comfortable just like the pictures show. Everything you would need in a kitchen was there - Another recommendation - sunset margaritas on the deck! The owners were very nice to work with.

A very well cared for property with every convenience and many extra touches. Some really nice features like decent bathroom decor and lovely soft towels! The kitchen has all anyone would need. This doesn't take into account the good sized deck and the wonderful views. A very peaceful setting also, although I was there in the off season so can't comment on the pool or tennis courts. The owners are very helpful and responsive - I'd go back again and again!
