Beautiful townhouse at Sawgrass Beach Club!
Downstairs has living room with comfortable slipcover sofas, a balcony overlooking the marsh. Totally remodeled kitchen with marble counter tops and new appliances.
Also downstairs in a bedroom with a private bath and a balcony complete with furniture. Also a washing dryer facility.
The entire upstairs is the lovely master bedroom suite! King sized bed with sitting area and its own fireplace! This master suite has a chaise for relaxing and reading as well as comfortable wing chair.
Master bath has a mirrored tub area with separate shower and two vanity areas as well as a separate toilet room.
We have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, etc.
Both bedrooms have beautiful linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided. A lovely pool area is located between the condo and the ocean.
The beach is fabulous with a lovely grassed lawn along the walkway to the beach.
