Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This location is great if you want to head down to the 30A area and see some of the cool shops and restaurants, or if you just want to hang out there. It's fully equipped with wifi internet and cable. The only thing it needs additionally is you!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We picked this location mainly because it's close enough to the attractions but yet just far enough away that if you are looking for a get away, this place is ideal! It's just close enough to the beach that you can go down and enjoy, but it's just far enough away that we can rent it out for a more affordable price.

We have lived in Panama City Beach for over 25 years and absolutely love it. We saw this little beach cottage for sale a few years ago and fell in love with house cute and cozy it really was. We, like many of Panama City Beach residents, love the water and still to this day are in shock at out blue the water is. Many people that travel don't believe it either until they actually get to see it themselves!
