This vacation rental is in turnkey condition.It can accommodate 6 very easily. It has everything you may need.We have relatives within 20 minutes of here and we were able to get on the highway easily and be on our way. Many attractions are easy to get to.Lots of stores are close by.The pool is within walking distance.Very clean and the owners were accessible if needed.We enjoyed our time here away from the cold Northern U.S.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife, myself and our black lab are staying here for 8 weeks waiting for our new home to be finished. The owners are well organized and very responsive to inquiries. The place is clean, well-maintained, roomy, and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located, close to shopping, easy drive to the beach and only a hour from Disney. Nice exercise room and pool area. If you need to work remotely, the high speed internet at the property can handle it no problem. I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.

The unit is very clean, roomy, and will accomodate two couples without being cramped. There are grocery stores, big chains, and restaurants withing five miles. The unit is next to I-75 and US301. Both roadways will have you at a beach or resort town within one hour. We traveled somewhere each day, and were able to be home for supper. If you are a golfer, there are two courses that are resonably priced nearby, Summerfield and Bloomingdale. The owners are willing to help at any time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners.

The townhouse is nice but located in a not so nice neighborhood. Technically there is a gate but it didn't operate for the duration of my two-month stay. This unit is not close to the pool. My husband, myself, our three year old daughter, and our two beagles stayed at this property for 1 1/2 months while we searched for a new home due to military relocation. The owners of this townhome take great pride in their property and have the utmost care and consideration for their guests. The owners were very quick with communication, answered questions very promptly, and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with the lease and accomodations. The townhome had absolutely everything we needed to carry out day to day routines and tasks. It was also very roomy, VERY clean and close to shopping, restaurants, Disney (we traveled to Orlando several times), beaches, and MacDill AFB. My parents visited from out of state while we were staying at the townhome, and they were also very impressed with the quality/condition of the rental. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone relocating or vacationing in the tampa area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.
