Condo is across the street from one of the top tennis facilities in the United States with over 30 outdoor (hard surface and Har Tru) and indoor courts with clinics and programs for all ages.
Condo features living room/dining room with soaring ceilings. Deck with crisp new patio furniture and gas grill overlooks picturesque pond with fountain and swans.
Master bedroom has queen-sized bed, private bath, TV with DVD and ample closet and storage space. Second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and DVD. Loft, perfect for kids, teenagers or other adults, has two twin beds and is accessed from circular stair case in living room. Living room has couch that folds out into queen-size bed.
Dining room table seats six. Kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, dishwasher/disposal and microwave. Counter with stools overlooks dining table. Stacked washer/dryer with new HVAC system and dishwasher.
Linens and towels provided.
Tenants have use of an outdoor shed which has beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.
Walk or ride the shuttle to the half-mile guarded beach, play tennis, swim in one of the ten outdoor or two indoor pools, use two fitness center with weight room, sauna and Jacuzzi.
Sea Colony also has basketball courts, fishing ponds, play ground and picnic tables, jogging trails and 24 hour security.
Sea Colony is located in Bethany Beach, a quiet, family-oriented town with quaint shops, board walk and restaurants -- plenty for the whole family to do. A great place to spend a relaxing summer vacation at an affordable price.
