LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! My 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts unbelievable views of the ocean and the beach.It is the very first unit on the south side (sunny side) of Building "A." From the balcony you can watch the children playing on the beach, the dolphins swimming by, fishing boats, surfers and kite surfers. At night you can see the lights in Savannah and the tankers and shipping boats waiting to unload there. You can watch beautiful sunsets from your balcony.
It's all here and you won't want to leave!
If you are vacationing with a larger group, I have another two bedroom condo directly below this one. I also have a fabulous one bedroom, direct oceanfront condo (#228239), and they are all in the same building. We also own a condo in another complex where daily maid service and free full course breakfasts are served. Pets are allowed at this other complex.

- Amenities
- Air Conditioning: There is central air conditioning and an overhead fan in the bedroom.
- Washer: There are coin-operated washers on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. They cost $1.25 each and there is a change machine at The Ocean Center.
- Dryer: There are 2 dryers on each of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. They cost $1.25 each and quarters can be obtained in the change machine in the Ocean Center.
- Linens Provided: All beds will have sheets and blankets, and there are linens for the pull-out sofa. There are 6 sets of towels and dish towels in the kitchen. Please bring your own beach towels. If you wish cleaning mid-week, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- Off Street Parking: There are large parking lots on both sides of the building. There is no assigned parking. There are bicycle racks on both sides of the building, too. Remember to always lock your bikes.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Parking for Rvs and boat trailers must be arranged with the Security department before arrival.
- Elevator: There is an automatic elevator in the building, and it is very near #209 Admirals Row.There are also 2 flights of stairs.
- Beds
- Queen Bed: In the master bedroom is a queen size bed.
- Twin/Single Bed: In the guest room there are 2 twin size beds.
- Convertible Bed: The new couch in the living room has a Sealy mattress and pulls out to be a queen-size bed.
- Entertainment
- Cable/Satellite TV: We have our own cable TV and there is a station guide in the living room. We have 6 sports' channels, news channels, Disney and 43 other channels.

- Shared Pool: Beside Admirals Row, just a few steps from your condo, is a swimming pool. About a 5 or 6 minute walk down the beach is the largest oceanside pool on the Island. No diapers are allowed in this pool, but the large kiddie pool is right beside it. Adjacent to these pools is Rumrunners, our pool bar.Here you can get hot dogs, hamburgs, sandwiches, beer, wine, soft drinks and frozen drinks. You can enjoy these on the patio beside the bar or bring them to your chairs around the pool.You can also bring food and drink from your condo.

- Full Kitchen: The kitchen is fully-applianced and equipped with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, crockpot, microwave, etc.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: All utensils and cutlery are included.
- Refrigerator: The refrigerator is a full-size unit, and it has an icemaker.
- Dishwasher: There is also a dishwasher.
- Microwave: There is a microwave.
- Ice Maker
- Catering Available: Catering can be obtained through the on-site restaurant. You can have a candlelight dinner for 2 in your condo or you can rent a function room in the Ocean Center for a larger group. We can accomodate anywhere from 10 to 1200 in this building. Another choice would be to gather your group by the grills and picnic tables beside the playground.
- Outdoor Features
- Charcoal BBQ Grill: Many charcoal grills and picnic tables are scattered throughout the complex. There are 2 beside Admirals Row. Beside the playground, there are 6 grills and many picnic tables. This is a wonderful place to gather with your friends, cook, eat and watch the children play.
- Balcony: A long balcony goes across the front of the condo. The views from here are spectacular whether you are looking east out to the ocean, south down the beach or west at the sunset. This is a very special location!!!!
- View/Location
- Oceanfront: The only thing between you and the ocean are a walkway and some sand dunes. It's a spectacular location! You will have a 200 degree unobstructed view of the ocean, the beach and the sunset. Only some palm trees block part of your view.
- Communications
- Telephone: The telephone has free local service. You can dial directly to your family or friends who are staying in other units by dialing their building and room number. Admirals Row is building "4." To place outside calls, dial "9" and then the local number or your calling card number for long distance.
- Broadband Internet: We have complimentary high speed internet access in the condo.
- Other Amenities
- #209 Admirals Row has awesome views from the living room, dining room and balcony. You can see for miles down the beach and, at night, you can see the lights in Savannah. You will be just a few steps to the beach and the Admirals Row pool.Truly, a fabulous location!
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Absolutely NO PETS are allowed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There is a ramp into the building, an elevator and a grab bar in the tub.
- Senior Adults Only Community: This is not a Senior Community, but many retirees enjoy spending the winter months here.
- Kid Friendly: Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a family resort - especially in the summer. We offer supervised activities for children Sun. through Fri. every week from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Of course, children love the beach. There is an on-site bicycle rental shop with bikes of all sizes and types.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent from us.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Admirals Row is a no smoking building and there is no smoking allowed in any of our units.

Why the Owner Chose Beach & Tennis Resort
In 1989 I first visited Hilton Head and stayed in a timeshare. I fell in love with the Island. Several times I returned to the Island, ultimately buying my 1 bedroom, oceanfront condo in Admirals Row in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. It turned out to be an excellent investment and a fabulous place to visit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Playing tennis and walking the beach are 2 of my favorite things to do, and there is no better place for this than HHI. My 8 other reasons for loving Hilton Head are my 2 other children and their spouses and 4 more grandchildren who all live in Hilton Head.

I have spent most of my life in various suburbs of Boston. After teaching school for 12 years, I had 3 children and then went into the real estate business - eventually owning my own real estate company. Today I just manage properties - mine and others. One of my daughters lives south of Boston with her husband and 3 children. I am about a half hour south of them in Plymouth. The other two live in Hilton Head with 4 more of my wonderful grandchildren - all of whom are seen here.
