This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located in the courtside II complex at Amelia Island Plantation adjacent to storied Racquet Park , the home of the Tennis Center and Health & Fitness Club.
The Beach is just a short walk and a deck and large swimming pool are virtually just steps from your door in the central courtyard. Our villa is located on the ground floor of this two-story complex making for ease of access.
The villa features a large living room, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features cable TV , a wet bar and sliding glass doors to a walk-out patio. The Master bedroom has a King-Size bed, with an entry to the master bath and another to the patio. The 2nd bedroom has two queen sized beds, with its own television, telephone and patio. It also has its own bath which contains a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
The villa has two separate entry doors and a lock-off feature so it can also be rented as a full 1BR/1BA villa or as an efficiency.
