This beautiful beachfront 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2 bath condo, is very spacious with an awesome balcony overlooking the clear emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The second floor unit is ideal for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool. Watch the dolphins play or enjoy a spectacular sunset from your balcony. The views go on forever in both directions.
After a day of fun in the sun, you can retreat to the comfort of your spacious living room, relax on the couch with a book, watch a DVD or HD cable on the 47" Vizio flat screen with DVR, listen to the stereo, or venture into cyberspace on the complimentary high speed internet.
Your fully equipped kitchen offers a full size stove, side by side refrigerator with water and ice, microwave, coffee maker and granite countertops.
Wake up to the sounds of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the waterfront master suite which offers a king size bed, private access to your balcony, 32" flat screen TV, DVD, private bath with double vanity, and walk-in closet.
The guest room also has a king sized bed and 32" flatscreen with separate full bath. The bunk room has a bunk set each with its own wall mounted 12" flatscreen TV and remote. The living room couch is a sofa sleeper. The condo sleeps 8. A full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room add to the convenient features of this lovely unit. An oversized 75 gallon water tank insures that you will have HOT water while using that washer!
Summer Places amenities include two gulf front pools (one heated) and Oceanside hot tub. Also included are COMPLIMENTARY seasonal (3/1-10/31) beach service (2 chairs and umbrella reserved for this unit), gulf front exercise room, private parking, private beach with dune walkover and barbeque area. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is a short walk down the beach. Our assistant, Lisa will be available for any questions and to inspect your unit prior to arrival to ensure that your unit is clean and ready for your stay.

We just returned from our stay in this condo. I must say that we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean. There were always people outside maintaining the landscaping and pool area. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfy. First time i have slept away from home and not gotten sore. Tv in the living room was nice and big, perfect for movies. Bathroom in the master bath was excellent. Large garden tub and 2 sinks. Great view of the gulf. Enjoyed opening the balcony door at night and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Best vacation ever! We are already talking about our next stay!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
