The first floor features a large great room with plasma TV, vaulted ceiling with lots of light, a fully equipped kitchen and bar, plus dining table seating eight for entertaining family or friends, and a lovely Master suite with private bath, plus an extra 1/2 bath for guests.

On the second floor is a 2 bedroom Carriage House suite that sleeps 4 with fully equipped kitchenette, living/dining room with flat screen and with its own private entrance.

The house was featured in the Corpus Christi Caller Times Home section in December 2008.

It's a very sort drive to, and then onto, the beautiful Post A beach. And only minutes to the Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, great restaurants and shopping. The private, gated community pool is just behind the enclosed 2 car garage and completes your perfect vacation getaway.

This is also a great place for a winter Texan home-away-from-home.

  • We just returned from a weekend at this nice cottage and their carriage house(in the back). Had a GREAT time. Both houses are very comfortable and in a GREAT location. Locale is close to town/beach/etc. Loved the outdoor patio, comfy furnishings & layout of the property. Both houses were extra clean. We would definitely return & highly recommend them both again. (more fun to have both houses rented!)
