We have lived in Carlsbad all our lives. Wonderful beach town that is centrally located in north San Diego County. Miles of beaches, great resorts, restaurants, and golfing!

Our home is very well maintained with comfortable upscale furnishings throughout. We have an awesome private backyard with a wonderful salt water pool an spa. The built-in BBQ area is perfect for entertining with family and friends. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
Great public golf course right off Palomar Airport Rd. The Crossings also has great breakfast and lunch at the clubhouse
Our kids love it here. Lots to do. Great in the summertime at the waterpark in Legoland. Also enjoy the "Sea Life Aquarium" next to Legoland.
Great Mexican food/marquarita's! This restaurant which is located in downtown Carlsbad has been here since the 70's. Great place to come for authentic Mexican food.
Here you can go shopping in the outdoor mall. Visit Crate & Barrel, BCBG, The Gap, No Fear Stores, Ralph Lauren, Guess, Barney's, Starbucks, Ruby's Diner, and lots, lots more!!
Located at 5790 Armada Drive. Come bring the kids and have fun playing and learning about all sorts of instruments!!
German meat market, come buy all your fresh meat for your BBQ's, they also have great breakfast.
Here you can go shopping at Ralph's Fresh Fare, Pick up Stix, El Pollo Loco, Jack & The Box, The Golden Spoon (yogurt), Starbucks, an Pely's Fish Market (fresh fish for your BBQ's).
