We recently purchased this home and the interior was totally renovated thru mid-2007. This is our second home & some dates are unavailable as we're having fun here. This is the nicest oceanfront home available for rental in New Smyrna Beach.
1. We are directly on the beach...you don't have to walk across a busy highway to get to the beach. You can sit on the back deck and patio and watch the ocean surf roll in, the dolphins swim by, enjoy the ocean breeze, see the seagulls and pelicans swoop down and catch fish, and enjoy an afternoon visit from land turtles who dine on our grass.
2. This is a private luxury home in the exclusive and secluded North Beach area. Not a condo or cluster home. The complete interior renovations designed by an award winning interior designer.
3. We have an outside deck/patio overlooking the beach and ocean, with a new outdoor dining table and chairs. Mapquest or see Google Earth for an aerial view of the home: search 1225 N. Atlantic Avenue, New Smyrna Beach.
4. The bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom suite overlooking the beach and sea is 400+ sq. feet, has a queen size bed, two nightstands and an ample dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a full bed with pull out trundle, nightstand, large dresser, and the third bedroom has two new twin beds. All have their own closets and adjacent completely renovated new bathrooms.
5. Three completely new bathrooms. All with full showers & 2 with new tubs. Everything is new and spotless. The master bath countertop is Corian, the other bathrooms have an antique stone sink with a magnificent shell mirror and a custom made vanity hand crafted in Morocco.
6. Everything in our home is upscale & luxurious. This is our retreat home, 1 hour from our home in Orlando. We have tile floors throughout, including incredible tiles hand made in Morocco. (You don't want carpet at the beach that traps sand, dirt, and mold). Our beach house is luxuriously furnished in Tommy Bahama style with upgraded everything!
7. We have two brand new central AC units---a must for any beach property as some rentals have a musty smell from old air handlers.
8. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, new stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster-oven, cookware, silverware, glasses and all the dishes & serving pieces you would ever need. We enjoy staying at our beach house and entertaining guests.
9. Satellite TV, CD player, TV with video player, & weather radio.
10. High quality beach towels and linens and a new dryer and wash machine.
11 Beach chairs and an umbrella, boogie boards, a skimboard, & everything you need for the beach.
12. Bar-b-q grill & table & chairs to dine outside on the deck overlooking the ocean.
13. Our property is 50 feet from a new City maintained wooden beach access walkway.
14. We have an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, sweeper, and everything you might need to keep the house clean during your stay.

Save money & fly Allegiant Air to Sanford...40 minutes from the beach house. We had guests who flew from Moline, Illinois for $29 each way.

The walk along the beach at sunrise with the multi-colored sky was spectacular. Sitting out on the back porch watching the dolphins, the pelicans, and the turtle on the property was a thrill for the kids. We could live on the back deck.
