Home Away from Home - This beautifully decorated house is the fourth house from Scenic Gulf Drive. Walking to the private access beach is a breeze, just like walking across the street. The house is very clean since it's the first year being rented. It has been the owner's vacation home for the past four years. The house is decorated with quality furniture, paintings, and accessories.
The three level home has beautiful stained wood trims and stairways to give a sense of warmth. Every bedroom has a private balcony with a view of the beach. It's a great house for family to enjoy and relax.
The first level is the living room, kitchen, breakfast, and dinning area. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and has all granite counter tops. There is a large island granite top for entertaining or eating area.
The second floor is the master bedroom, a very spacious room with private shower, jetted Jacuzzi, and large walk-in closet. It has its own private balcony with a view of the ocean. The guest room is also on the second floor with its own private bathroom and balcony. The third level is a beautiful loft with bunk beds, futon sofa, and a study/work desk. It also has a private balcony with an incredible view of the ocean and Destiny-by-the-Sea.
Since we are off the "old scenic ninety-eight", it is convenient to many restaurants on the beach, shopping and outlet malls, golfing, fishing, and many more activities - that's the charm of Destin.
Through out the years, many of our friends and guests have told us how wonderful their stay were, and we hope you will also enjoy our home-away-from-home.

Just want to drop a note that your house was absolutely beautiful and met all our needs. We will be sad to leave. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was just as portraited as in the pictures. The rooms are bright and well decorated. It's so convenient to everywhere, beaches, community pool, outlet and malls, great restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to renting it again next year. - Gail
