At Surfside. Surfside Resort is a Destin Vacation Rental community that’s conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and 1/4 mile from Silver Sands Outlet shopping area, housing over 100 shops.
Convenience is only one thing that you should consider about Surfside. There’s all kinds of great amenities here. Air-conditioned/heated interior hallways, covered parking, 24 hour security, oversized heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 Hot Tubs, tennis courts, basketball and shuffle board.
Now Surfside is across the street from the beach. But because there’s a skybridge to the beach that’s conveniently located from the pool deck area, it’s just like being on the beach. How about that! Plus there’s an 18 hole championship golf course which is adjacent to the property. Not too many resorts have that.
On the beach, there is a beach pavilion with picnic tables and a fabulous view up and down the beach, shower, and seasonal chair/umbrella rental service. That’s pretty cool don’t you think?
Surfside’s the kind of place that you’ll want to make your annual Destin vacation resort rental.
Here’s the scoop on your condo.
This place has got it going on right from the time you walk in the door. The entry’s big enough to park your beach toys, flip-flops and golf clubs. And the place is decorated really nicely. I’ve put some pictures in here so you can see. Just look at the dining area. Big table if you want to eat in. (with all the great restaurants you probably won’t).
The living area’s really comfortable, too. Look at that entertainment center! It’s got a big TV, with a DVD you can watch your favorite movies if you’re kinda beached out. Or you can surf the internet because we’ve got high speed all over the place here.
The floor to ceiling sliders open out to the balcony. Step out there and you’re not going to want to come back in. I took a couple of pictures of the pool and the beach. Really something. Also, check out the Tennis Court!
The MASTER BEDROOM’s got this great big king size bed. Plus there’s a private bath that’s all yours. The decor is really bright. You know you’re at the beach! It’s got plenty of closet space for all your stuff. You get the full cable package on the TV just like in the living room. You can even surf the web from here.
The SECOND MASTER has 2 QUEENS! With plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. TV’s got the cable package too. The bathrooms a little smaller but it’s got everything you need.
The THIRD BEDROOM has 2 full size beds! Good for kids or adults.
The KITCHEN has plenty of room to fix your meals and a diner bar so that you can grab a quick bite without messing up the Dining table.
The DINING AREA’s got a nice big table so you can enjoy meals together when you’re not lying on your favorite pool chair down by the pool.
The LAUNDRY area is located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
This place will sleep 8 comfortably. It’s a good size for a couple of couples or a small family.
I think that Surfside is a Destin Vacation resort condominium that’s one of the best deals I got going on.
