Just got back from Capella staying in the residences. We've been a lot of places...this ranks with the best. Theresa was great-thanks again. A couple of things that you should do...Have Capella pick you up & drop you off at the airport. It was 1st Class and well worth it. Take advantage of the spa-awesome. Eat at both restaurants @ Capella- Really good food and not that expensive. We walked to town everyday and really enjoyed the walk. It's so close and very safe. The marina had a ton of shopping and was a great place to grab something to eat. We will be back. Capella was by far the safest place we've ever stayed in Mexico. And, we will definitely go through Theresa. She is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Thank you so much Theresa for helping to make our stay at Capella Pedregal such a positive experience! Arriving to groceries in the fridge, rough meal plan arranged, having the majorduomo available for all the necessities associated with travelling with a toddler (meal preparation/clean up and laundry), having restaurant reservations arranged, boat rental, photographer, special dinner with chef (all fabulous by the way) - it all made for a very special birthday celebration for my husband and a wonderful vacation for all of us. The unit and the resort itself are both beautiful and the service is excellent. We loved the location - quiet and secluded yet within walking distance to the town of Cabo San Lucas. The staff were very friendly and professional. The spa and El Farallon and Don Miguel's were all excellent. We have rented through vrbo on many occasions and have always had a good experience. However, our stay at Capella Pedregal was so unique, I am writing my first review. We booked through Theresa and stayed in a 4BR residence our first week which converted to a 3 BR residence the second. Another family with young children joined us for our second week and rented a 3 BR residence from Theresa as well. We will be back!

We just returned from our week long honeymoon at Capella Pedregal. We can't say enough about how amazing of a location this was! Even though you're within walking distance to town, the minute you pass through the tunnel to Capella, you are transported to a whole new world. We've stayed at some very nice places all over the world, but the level of service at Capella has blown them all away. It all started when booking with Theresa, she made the process extremely easy, had wonderful ideas for unique and off the beaten path locations and knew everyone at Capella, which worked out well for us. Charlie, our majordomo, was incredible and went out of our way to make our honeymoon the most amazing experience it could be. He was there when we needed him to be and when we wanted to be alone he was no where to be found - it was if he was reading our minds. When you go to Capella (there are no if's) make sure you visit El Farallon, the restaurant on the end of the rocky point - might be the most awesome dining experience EVER!

This resort is amazing! We just went for our second time this year and this time we went to celebrate my husband's 40th with 4 other couples to join in the fun! First of all, the resort and service are second to none. I travel extensively for work and have had the opportunity to stay at some of the nicest resorts and hotels and this one is just wonderful. I will also say that the first time we went (February 2011) we stayed here and we were very happy, BUT for this trip I had the opportunity to work with Theresa. Theresa is INCREDIBLE- she is so organized, engaging and helped me plan a fantastic 40th. We used the caterer she recommended, rented the 60 ft. Yacht for a day of fun with our friends, helped me plan a chef to come to our place to prepare an amazing dinner for the night of the party, had a wonderful baker make a birthday cake, made dinner reservations for our group, helped me get groceries stocked prior to our arrival, she booked massage appointments at the resort (which was great)' recommended and we used a fantastic photographer, and truly went above and beyond!! Once we finalized all of our ideas and decisions, she sent the itinerary outlining the awesome schedule- she made me look good! The entire group thought I did all the work and were so impressed with the house, the food, the yacht, and the perfect service. I will absolutely go back because everything was top notch and Teresa will be the first person I call!

We had the most fantastic long-weekend at Capella Pedregal - the resort, the setting, the service - were all first class. The villa was gorgeous and we absolutely loved our butler, Charly. He was key in making our trip truly relaxing. We loved the amenities on the resort - the restaurants, spa, the fitness center and the yacht! Service at the resort was amazing, especially the attendants at the pool! The resorts' close proximity made going to town for dinner, shopping or the marina so easy - yet once you go through the resort's tunnel, you feel that you are are a million miles away. Last, but not least - Theresa was the one who made the bachelorette weekend so special. From the beginning, she offered wonderful suggestions on how we could make our trip truly memorable -- and it was. We'll definitely return to Capella Pedregal again.

Phenominal Resort, Beach and Pool, Luxurious, Well Worth the Money

My husband and I went to Cabo for the first time last week. We were hoping to have a quiet vacation away from the beach sales people and loud techno music usually associated with Mexican beaches. The reviews of Capella seemed to indicate that this resort could go either way. After contacting Theresa and telling her what we were looking for, she went out of her way to accomodate us. I can honestly say that we spent less money to stay at this 6 star resort than we have spent to stay at hotels with half the space and half the luxury. We absolutely loved Capella. There are personal assistants, poolside service offering free bottled waters as well as full bar and menu delivered to your lounge chair, three world class dining establishments, bellmen who call a taxi or golf cart for you the instant you appear...and the list goes on. Everyone who works at Capella is friendly and wants to help you. When I said "thank you" to anyone, their immediate answer was "my pleasure" with a smile! If you choose to work with Theresa you will not regret it. My husband and I are so spoiled now! We will definitely come back and will most likely bring our teenaged kids and family friends with us.

HS Graduation Trip

From the moment of getting off the plane to laying our heads down on our pillows at night, Capella Pedregal met all of our needs. Our meaning 6 girls, 2 boys and my parents. We stayed at Capella for a family vacation along with some friends and our experience was extraordinary. There was always something to do and there was never a dull moment. The room has a great view of the ocean with a nice plunge pools to sit in at night and have a drink. The huge couch was very accommodating to our big group of 10 and the beds were so comfy. Charlie, our butler was amazing!!!! We absolutely loved him. He is the sweetest person and is also very helpful. We asked him for hotspots in Cabo and he led us to some bars and a great ice cream place (Señor Sweets). The food he prepared was always excellent, never a bad meal. The employees that also work at Capella are very attentive to your needs, while sitting at the pool they bring you bottled water and you can also order great drinks and appetizers. One staff member in particular that we adored was, Abraham. He works at the swim up bar and he was so fun to talk to and has a great personality. One day us girls went to the spa and i have never had a spa experience like that. From the moment you walk in you will feel relaxed. The spa is a must! We also had some great family/friend pictures taken by Amy Bennet, she was so fun and the pictures turned out great! Overall, Theresa made this week long trip amazing! My father who booked the trip, had nothing but great things to say about her. The resort is phenomenal, the service is phenomenal and the room is to die for! You must go!

This is the greatest place I have ever stayed, everything was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived we knew we had landed in the lap of luxury (Mercedes Van pick, cool mint wash cloths, cold beers with limes and chocolate gift bags) WOW! MY 50TH BIRTHDAY IN STYLE!!!!!

From the moment I spoke up with Theresa (owner) about renting, I realized she was going to make this whole experience one for the books. Her quest to make your stay a spoiled vacation - was a collaboration between the majordomo (butler), personal assistant and of course her expert planning! Your list of groceries, your menu, the yacht excursion - all are pre-planned so you simply just need to show up with your group to the villa! We were a group of 8 celebrating my 50th! It was really more of an experience rather than a vacation. Prior to arrival, we had extremely high expectations of a beautiful facility as well as impeccable service...well it definitely exceeded our expectations!!! Upon arrival, Lulu (personal assistant) greeted us with a staff eager to sweep us with ease and care to our villa. The view as you enter the private tunnel is absolutely stunning! Roberto leisurely checked us in after a tour of the resort - within the confines of our villa. Our majordomo (butler) Charlie already had a spread of snacks, guacamole, chips, salsa and while sipping our margaritas - Roberto checked us in. The easiest check in we've ever had!!!! I can't say enough about the staff, especially Charlie who tended to our every need. Our coffee was ready every morning with a special brew for me (early riser at 4:30 am) - breakfasts and lunches were delicious. We decided to eat in one evening and Charlie coordinated with the chef at Don Manuel's a special lobster dinner for our group - superb and delicous - the chef added a special touch in appetizers much to our delight. Thank you Charlie for exceptional service! A special shout out to the spa staff - all the girls had the"best" massage ever...the therapists were very accomodating about your specific needs. A big thank you to Lulu for assisting us on all our reservations and recommendations. A must to complement your experience - schedule a photo shoot with AMY!!!! She is fabulous - great energy, works fast and absolutely an expert in her field. Our group, couple and individual shots were stunning with the background set around the property and the ocean...girls - she is very complementary of your best attributes and it shows in the photos! Thanks Amy! In closing - my memories of this experience will never fade - it will keep us coming back for more. Theresa - fabulous planning and coordination - it was great to not have to think other than where to eat for dinner! A fantastic birthday experience.

On our last day in this AMAZING place I am writting to tell all of you that you will LOVE it!!!! Just spent 8 days here and did not want to leave the resort. The accomodations are fantastic (spacious and well designed). The level of service is comparable to Four Seasons. They are here to make your stay beyond expectation, and they do. From every staff memebr knowing our names to them anticipating your needs before you have to ask for anything... Tons of families with kids too, but an adult only pool too....WE WILL BE BACK.

Girls 40th Birthday Celebration

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our vacation. Friends since grade school, we made our way to Cabo for a Girls trip to celebrate our 40th Birthdays together. The vacation that Theresa arranged for us was FABULOUS on all accounts and exceeded all expectations. Our Villa was more beautiful and bigger than expected. The location was rockin'! The spa was beautiful and relaxing. The yacht, Carina, and the Captain Peter, which I endearingly nicknamed Pedro, was the best! I soon realized when I threw Theresa's name out that our customer service quadrupled in size! We could sit all day in our lounge chairs watching the whales play before our eyes. Victor, our majordomo, was sweet and hard-working. He treated us very special on Valentine's Day with a wonderful lunch and complimentary bottle of wine. The weather was perfect. The dinner reservations that you recommended to us (The Office and Nick-Sans) was a huge hit. Food and Drink was spot on with the list you provided. We loved the pool and barely left it. It was perfect Theresa and everyone enjoyed the peaceful, exceptionally beautiful surroundings Pedregal offered. Thank you. We will be back!

We had an amazing time staying at Capella Pedegral Villa Residences. The villa was beautiful and very spacious for our party of 10 adults. The bedroom set up was perfect for two families with two masters and two bedrooms with 2 queen beds each (which is difficult to find in villa rentals). I can't praise Theresa enough for organizing every detail of our stay from Costco delivery, menu and grocery lists, catering delivery, yacht reservations, and restaurant suggestions. We arrived and everything was in place. All we had to do was sit back and relax. Charlie, our majordomo, was fantastic and when we ran out of grocery items he organized to get what we needed. We were pampered and spoiled. Thanks to all at Capella for making our trip to Cabo a special time with family and friends. My daughter will always have fond memories of her college graduation trip to Cabo!

What an incredible vacation. Way EXCEEDS EXPECATATION. Whilst not cheap the value is always evident. The location is magnificent, the quality of the building and finishes are lovely. The use of a “butler’ to care for your every needs is so relaxing and efficient. Lastly, Theresa is the best. This was an incredible rental! Everything went smooth from the start. The owner went out of her way to help out, and even helped plan catering, activities etc. The pictures are exactly how the property actually is. Don't hesitate to go on a holiday week, every service is ready for it...I would recommend this property and doing it through the owner in a second!

Cabo was great! The family loved Charlie and he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He really makes the trip special. The unit was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. You were spot on with the shopping list from Costco and when we ran out Charlie would help us get whatever was needed. We spent a lot of time at the pool and again we were well taken care of by Pablo and Omar. It was a great experience and a wonderful time to spend with the family. We just returned from our trip to Capella Pedregal. Our expectations based on how the property was described were high and i would have to say that the place easily exceeded our expectations. Our group consisted of 8 people with ages ranging from 11-70 and we stayed in a 4 bedroom unit. Everybody raved about the the entire resort and couldn't believe how beautiful our actual unit was.The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.The plunge pool off the master bedroom was awesome. The living room /dining room was large and made it very comfortable for us to relax after a day at the pool or a night out in town. The service throughout the resort was second to none. There was nothing that they would not do and it was always with a smile.The resort is surrounded by both the ocean and mountains thus the views were incredible.The owner of the unit could not have been more helpful or friendly in trying to insure that our trip went smoothly. She helped us with creating shopping lists,menus for the majordomo to help in preparing some of our meals and setting up our rental of the yacht.Having a majordomo prepare our breakfast and lunch was something none of us had ever experienced. He did it effortless and always with a smile. The meals were great and the presentation oftentimes looked like it was something from the food channel.Our afternoon on the yacht was spent with our group and a few friends. It was a perfect way to spend the day.After about a 45 minute cruise we anchored in a small bay and snorkeled,kayaked and swam to the beach.We are all hoping to make this an annual event since the entire Capella experience was something we will never forget.

60th BD Celebration

I investigated many different options for my 60th BD celebration. After checking out at least 5 different options Theresa convinced me that Capella Pedragal would meet my needs. It is hard to believe because she was a very good sales person, but she undersold the property. I have been to Cabo many times and have stayed at and looked at very nice facilities; but nothing compares to this villa at Capella. The attention to detail and customer service was impeccable. The food was spectacular and the El Farallan Restaurant was unlike any I had ever been to. It is a must do experience. The villa was well maintained, the views perfect from all the bedrooms and being on the 3rd floor allowed us to keep the windows open with no worries of others looking in. The private tunnel kept all noise and people at a distance and yet we could walk to downtown and the marina in about 15 minutes. My wife has experienced all the "world" famous spas in our Tucson hometown and told me that the spa at Capella was by far the most spectacular she had ever seen. The very best massage she ever had and the luxury unparalleled. Upon reading this review one would think I am an owner of the property or a salesman. I'm not; just a very satisfied individual that was fortunate to be able to spend 9 days at this beautiful resort. My wife and 6 other guests felt the same, we all loved it. Beyond all expectations. If you can afford to stay here, you will not be disappointed and if Theresa suggests something, just go along for the ride, she knows how to make something very special.

Exceptional Resort!

We had the joy of spending 5 nights in a three bedroom villa at Capella Pedregal over spring break. The resort is absolutely first-class. The property is breathtaking. The grounds are immaculately well-kept and when lit at night are astounding. The villa is gorgeous. It has every amenity possible - washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, range, microwave and wireless internet. The bathrooms are unbelievable, with wonderful showers and soaking tubs. There is plenty of space in the great room, with a lovely double-decker sofa and splendid ocean views. The majordomo was charming, he made us a scrumptious breakfast each morning, a snack every afternoon as well as great margaritas. We went on a fishing trip, and he even prepared the fish for us to grill for dinner. He was also very helpful in coordinating dinner reservations and excursions. Working with the owner was an absolute pleasure. She was willing to answer any questions and did so on a timely basis. The property description and the photographs provided were accurate, and if anything, the property is even more spectacular than as shown. We would rent from this owner again and would visit this property again, without hesitation. We have booked other reservations though VRBO, and this was the easiest. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 6. There was plenty for them to do, and they loved the pools and the beach. Capella Pegregal never felt crowed. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool, and it was not a problem to obtain dinner reservations. The staff did a great job of accomodating our every request. The food at the restaurants on property was very good. The spa is incredible. Each treatment includes a decadent foot bath and the treatment rooms have ocean views! It is the best spa we have ever used. We have also stayed at 5 star properties all over the world, including Mexico (including Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and St. Regis) and Capella Pedgreal is at the top of our list. We cannot wait to go back!

Capella Pedregal has got to be the most magical and beautiful place we have ever been to. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the resort is impeccable and the service was exceptional from the general manager all the way down to the grounds keepers. Many high end places do not make kids feel welcome, however, our kids felt they had full reign over the place and were very happy to be supplied with candy from the concierge every time they visited him (which was a few times a day). Having a majordomo, who was entirely there for our unit only, made this such a relaxing vacation for us, as we did not have to concern ourselves with grocery shopping, laundry or cooking. Our wish was his command! We ate a lot of our meals in our unit as our majordomo was such a cook cook, however, the meals we ate at the hotel were exceptional. The restaurant El Farallon was one of the most romantic places we have ever been to, the setting was superb. Having a babysitter arranged by the hotel made this much more enjoyable, and when we got back to the room, she had cooked a meal for the kids, washed up and tidied the entire unit too! The spa was also a real treat, amazing services and ambiance. We hired the hotel's boat for a morning and had a really fun day whale watching and snorkeling. The crew prepared us a sumptuous meal and margaritas. They were also very patient with our kids and then had a DVD for my little one when he got tired and wanted to snuggle up on the comfy sofa with a blanket! The owners of the unit (who we rented through) were also a pleasure to deal with and helped co-ordinate our visit to ensure we had a fantastic trip. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away from it all and R-E-L-A-X!

We had the absolute pleasure of enjoying a one-week stay at magical Capella Pedregal. We had an amazing time! Our major domo, Manuel, was fabulous – he even made us some ceviche from his family’s catch. He anticipated our every need, was helpful but non-obtrusive and warm and friendly as well. Our personal assistants, Jose and Pablo, were also very helpful and made our stay delightful with their insightful guidance to the Cabo area and its activities. We had some wonderful meals at Don Manuel’s – the breakfast was especially impressive. The spa was unbelievable. I had what may have been the best massage of my life there! Perhaps the highlight of the trip for our family was the yacht excursion on the Carina with Captain Pete and his crew. It was great to see Cabo from the ocean. We can't wait to go back! My husband and I would be interested in obtaining some information on your ownership programs – we’d love to come back and visit again. The property was so beautiful and we had what may have been the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had there.

This was hands down the most beautiful and luxurious vacation spot I have ever had the pleasure of renting. I can't say enough good things about it! The only reason I would even hesitate is because I want it to be available for ME next year! The accommodations are top notch, and would satisfy any world class traveler. This Capella Pedregal residence is beautiful. The four bedrooms provided us with plenty of private space while the living room, kitchen and balcony gave us ample opportunity and plenty of room to spend time together watching the surf and enjoying fresh guacamole, chips and salsa prepared by our amazing majordomo. Our family of three was visiting along with a friend and her son. Our boys ages 5 and 6 loved the special cooking class provided by Chef Marco where they baked and decorated sugar cookies. They enjoyed swimming in all three of the pools and they loved digging in the sand just beyond the edge of the pools. This was our first visit to Cabo and I can assure you that when we return we will not consider staying anywhere other than a Capella residence. The day on the yacht was very relaxing with a top notch captain and crew. Everything about Capella Pedregal is exquisite and was made even better by having such a spacious residence to call home during our stay. We are looking forward to our return in September and to even more visits in the future. I would also like to add that it was a pleasure working with the owner of this residence. Professional, prompt, and courteous service along with excellent advice about Capella and Cabo!

Our stay at this luxurious residence was truly one I will never forget. Breathtaking views of the sea, expansive living space, an attendant to help with all cooking and cleaning needs, enormous granite kitchen, and an extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Also, the security at this place was top notch, and I felt very comfortable being here with my family. Overall, I would rate this place with five stars and could not recommend it any higher. Having my family together share one, perfectly laid out residence made it the vacation of a lifetime.

This Capella Residence is absolute heaven. I had the great fortune to spend several days here with friends. It is top-notch in quality and service. The accommodations are beautiful and spacious. The location is stunning and quiet, yet close to anything you need. The staff was superb. A stay here is equivalent to spoiling yourself completely. The day on the yacht was excellent too. Truly top-of-the- line in every way.

Heaven on earth! Seriously, this is a no brainer. Not only was the decor amazingly tasteful and perfect for a mediterranean, ocean view residence but the layout was perfect for multiple guests without any invasion of privacy. The attention we were given by the staff was wonderful and we felt safe the entire vacation in our secluded villa. I highly recommend this residence!
