  We had a surprise birthday for my daughters best friend and she was very surprised. The view was amazing! We had a BBQ everything we needed was there. We loved having breakfast on the terrace. I want to come back with my husband. The cross breeze was great.

  From the moment we opened the door, we were blown away. The open floor plan, the amazing art work, the breathtaking view that led to tranquil terrace..so, so wonderful and even more spectacular than we had anticipated. Listening to the surround sound, pruning in the hot tub, grilling our dinner, and playing Yahtzee on the terrace in the moonlight, along with our teenagers having WiFi, made it difficult to pull ourselves away and enjoy the outside world! The sunrises and sunsets with the Arch as the background was a virtual postcard every day.The staff was very courteous and friendly, and we enjoyed many aspects of the grounds, including the pool, beach,restaurant, water taxi, and tennis courts. We anticipate staying here again as it met all of our needs and more. The owner made sure that everything was spot on, and was tentative as to verifying that our visit was first class. Heaven on Earth.

  It was our first trip to Cabo and this Penthouse made our entire vacation. The house is impeccably clean, the staff was diligent and extremely helpful and friendly. The views were spectacular. The extremely large deck is filled with bougainvillea, birds, butterflies and a multi-million dollar view. You can partake in any water sport of your choice right in front of the property off the beach. We have never stayed at a Condo resort but since we traveled with small children we thought this would try this route. This meets the luxury of any 5-Star hotel resort with the amenities of having an amazing kitchen with ocean views. The property pools are positioned in such a great way that its spacious - the waiters were always around so you can order drinks, etc. The market on site is amazing. The beds were comfortable and the space was over our expectations!!! Thank you John and family for allowing us to stay here.

  We enjoyed our stay and wished it were longer the view is beautiful probably one of the best views at villa la estancia. The only problem we had was with the hot tub it lost water and we didn't get to enjoy it in the mornings like we would of liked to but they were working on that when we left. We would definitely rent this unit again if possible in the future!

  This was our second time staying in this penthouse and our 4th time back to Villa La Estancia. The penthouse is fabulous, spacious, clean, beautiful views and your own hot tub! A large private outdoor patio offers wonderful views and is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning. We will definitely go back and stay in this room again.

  We were able to spend five days in this amazing penthouse. The service and condo amenities were spectacular. I cant wait to return and would highly recommend this penthouse for anyone wanting amazing ocean views,as well as their own private oasis in Cabo.

  Great place and location. Easy to set up with owner and dealt directly. This room you do spend time in and cooking lunch and dinner on patio to take advantage.

  We could not have been happier with our stay in this Penthouse unit. The owners have decorated it beautifully. It is comfortable and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The views were incredible from the many terraces and Villa la Estancia is a wonderful resort with access to the resorts to either side of La Estancia. We will rent again in the future. It should be noted that the town is a nice walk down the beach from the La Estancia, which made the location superb. Our 7 day trip went by way too fast.

  This is a perfect location for a vacation in Cabo. The penthouse is fantastic. It has breathtaking views that never grow old. You can either relax poolside, take a walk on the beach, or just hang out on the private terrace with jacuzzi. I would recommend this place without reservation.
