THE VIEW DECK-Early risers will experience the most beautiful sunrises in all of Cabo. During the day you can have a ringside seat for all the Sea of Cortez action off Medano Beach, whales, parasails, ultralights, fishing boats, sailboats, kayaks, yachts, cruiseships, swimmers, seals and jumping manta rays. A variety of bar tables and chairs make this a great spot for morning breakfast or evening cocktails. If you can’t leave your laptop at home, you can surf the net while you watch the surf by using the free resort wifi that sends a strong signal to this area.
THE SUN DECK – A magnificent unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez fronts this 1000+ sq ft living space with outdoor kitchen/dining area which includes gas barbeque and oversized dining table, a conversation couch and surround sound. Umbrellas and lounge chairs bordered by a spectacular hedge of bougainvillea makes this the ultimate area for relaxing in the sun.
JACUZZI DECK - Raised from the sun deck is the Jacuzzi Deck which offers a view of Land’s End and is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee while watching the fishing boats make their way out to the Pacific Ocean and the pelicans diving for their breakfast. At night the spa is ideal for stargazing and watching the moonlight make its way across the water.
GARDEN DECK – In a protected area surrounded by bougainvillea, hibiscus and shade trees, a hammock and lounge chair beckon the dreamer or reader.
THE GREAT ROOM –The spectacular combination of a panoramic ocean view combined with unique copper topped tables, interesting wood and metal sculptures and original art pieces amazes anyone who enters this room. A granite island breakfast bar fronts the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining table can seat 6-8. A flat screen TV, entertainment center with IPOD dock, CD/DVD player and surround sound will entertain you. The sofa can be converted into a bed.
AND MUCH MORE -Two large beautifully decorated bedroom suites each having a Jacuzzi tub, TV, DVD player and surround sound, original art and comfortable beds, (one with a king bed and the other with 2 queens), a laundry room, and entry hall complete the layout. Detailing includes cream travertine marble floors, carved maple entry doors and kitchen and bathroom cabinets, ten foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, large closets and dressing areas, electronic security boxes, telephones, and high speed DSL service as well as wifi. A collection of pool and beach toys, CDs, ice chests, and books as well as an assortment of games are available for guests’ use.
VILLA LA ESTANCIA - LUXURY RESORT -A quality exercise gym and a luxurious spa are free for guests to enter daily. Spa Amenities include jacuzzi, sauna, and loungers. The resort includes adjacent coffee and expresso shop, grocery/liquor store, fine art and jewelry shops, ice cream vendor and DVD rentals. Villa Del Palmar and Villa del Arco are next to Villa La Estancia and provide further dining, swimming and entertainment options.
The resort sits on Medano beach and a full array of beach activities are available nearby. Villa La Estancia boasts a poolside restaurant, La Parrilla and another 5 star seafood/steakhouse - La Casona. A swim up bar is included within the large multilevel pool. Food and beverage service is available for both those using the pool and loungers in the private beach area.
Good restaurants abound nearby, and downtown shops and nightlife are a short walk or drive away. Snorkeling, para sailing, jet skis, boat rides, and world famous fishing excursions are all easily accessible. The resort concierge services will be happy to assist you in making arrangements for all activities.

- Resort has several restaurants, including 5 Star. Also has elegant spa open only(and Free) to guests. This spa has facilities, including jacuzzi, finish Sauna, and bathroom/showering facilities. This spa is frequently quiet and empty as most guests aren't even aware it is there. An excellent adjacent exercise room includes free and fixed weights, treadmills, ellipticals, etc. Swimming pools, include larger main pool with swim up bar, a shallow wading pool for smaller children, and a toddler pool nearby. Poolside restaurant and wait service to poolside and beach loungers.

This is a perfect location for a vacation in Cabo. The penthouse is fantastic. It has breathtaking views that never grow old. You can either relax poolside, take a walk on the beach, or just hang out on the private terrace with jacuzzi. I would recommend this place without reservation.

The owner's title on this listing is spot on. Everything about this penthouse villa is jaw-dropping. From the moment you are cheerfully escorted inside, you will literally be saying, "Oh my God" the entire time you are exploring every bit of the 4200 square feet of luxury. One thing to especially appreciate about this unit is the location in Villa la Estancia. The outdoor terraces get the morning and early afternoon sun. The units across the way (building 1) get the hot afternoon sun. I've stayed on that side of the resort and the terraces get blazing hot. Why is this villa better than all the rest in Cabo? Where do I start? It begins with working with Dr. John, the INCREDIBLE staff at VLE, the convenience, the impeccable grounds, the wonderful food, and at the end of the day when you return "home" to 3704, you absolutely know this is your best vacation. This place leaves nothing to be desired. The owners have paid attention to every last detail to make your stay perfect. Truly, the worst thing I can say is that departure day is depressing. Just one more day! Please. : ) We bought the VLE all-inclusive package, and it was worth it. I believe it was $80 per person, per day. Drinks, food, and entertainment from the three resorts right there. We loved it! And it made financial sense when we crunched the numbers. The only reason we left the resort complex was to do a couple of things we had planned. Otherwise, we simply enjoyed every moment just being in this villa. The people-watching from the (many) terraces is unbeatable. Are you looking for the best Sea of Cortez view in Cabo? This place has it. Are you hoping for a vacation that leaves you happy? You'll find it here. Do you crave the sound of the ocean? Look no further. The ocean view AND accessibility? Simply the best. I've been to Cabo so many times, and I can honestly say that this is the best experience, EVER. Much more to share, but limited by this site's allowed characters. Please feel free to ask the owner for my contact information. Am I being effusive? You bet. Why? Because this villa will NOT leave you disappointed in any way.

Our stay at Villa La Estancia (VLE) couldn't have been better. This Penthouse is all that it is said to be and more. It is extremely comfortable with all of the amenities you could ever want. The spa area located on the roof of the property gives you incredible views of the famous Lands End. When the weather cools and the breezes pick up, there wasn't much better than sitting outside watching the sunsets. Villa La Estancia is very quiet, which was perfect. The two sister properties on either side of VLE , Villa Los Arcos and Villa del Palmar, offer more of a festive atmosphere and also allow VLE room charges at their restaurants. A short 5-10 min walk down the beach towards the Marina brings you to The Office and Mango Deck, two places that shouldn't be missed. The photos of the Penthouse just don't do it justice, it's even better than advertised. The owner was great in following up with us, but we had absolutely nothing to complain about. I only wish we could return sooner (and stay longer), but we look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Cabo. If you're celebrating anything special or just want an outstanding meal, make sure you try La Casona restaurant on the property. Great stuff!

This gorgeous penthouse had everything you one needs for a perfect vacation spot. Phenomenal views of the ocean, famous Cabo rock formations and the entire resort. The staff were warm and helpful and the resort as a whole was friendly. There was a full kitchen and bbq so you could eat in, or dine at the amazing restaurants close by. It was directly on the beach and nearby to downtown Cabo as well. The place was beautifully decorated with works of indigenous artists. The expansive balcony was fully equipped with bbq, hot tub, and plenty of furniture to lounge on. We took our two college aged daughters, who had an amazing time as well. There are plenty activities for people of all ages on and off the resort. It was truly a relaxing and fun filled trip! We can not wait to go back!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite property twice in the past two years. I was astounded upon walking in the door at the openness, the amenities, the tasteful art on walls and spaces, the expansive views, and the cleanliness everywhere. The kittchen and bar were great, the bedrooms and baths were luscious, and the entertainment center was ample. Friends and relatives of mine would thoroughly enjoy staying here. I would bet my life on it.

What a wonderful stay. I go to Cabo several times ayear and this place was above all the BEST. We watched whales jumping in the bay right from the hottub. Every morning I felt like I was living in the life style of the rich and famous. What a treat.

Four of us stayed for a week and were impressed with the views; the spaciousness; the comfortableness of the rental. Felt like penthouse living. We loved having access to the jacuzzi, the gas grill, the patio furniture. You really do not need to leave the place. The pool amenities for the complex are great and relaxing. And the beach is right there. We walked into town a few times; but you can easily cab it in or back. Great to just sit and read; or just to enjoy the breathtaking views of Cabo and the many cruise ships coming and going.

I have vacationed in this unbelievable penthouse three times. It's view and amenities make it the BEST rental unit available at La Estancia! Each time I have been there, I have been delighted by new amazing art, its comfortable contemporary decor, the huge wrap-around multilevel marble terrace with its relaxing and inviting hammock, many lounge chairs, flowers, plants, spa, and barbecue area (perfect for outdoor family dining and entertaining). Although La Estancia offers a great array of fantastic pools and spas, a wonderful beach, great restaurants, a fitness gym and is walking distance to town, I always find it hard to leave the comfort of this amazing penthouse and its unsurpassed view of Cabo's Lands End, spectacular sunrises, cruise ships, fishing boats, and spounting whales! Can't wait to go again!
