Escape from reality in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the prestigious SeaWatch community at Kure Beach. Sitting just across the street from the ocean, it has incredible ocean views from both levels of porches that wrap around the front and side of the home. Enjoy the breeze from our eight rocking chairs on the porch or nap in the hammock on the upper porch. Across the street (only 100 yards away) is an oceanfront gazebo with bath and shower facilities and a private beach access for SeaWatch homeowners and guests.
The Sea Watch community consists primarily of 2nd home owner families who spend the Summer at the beach, and permanent resident families. As such, Sea Watch is the perfect vacation spot for families and kids. Since Sea Watch is a contained community, it is a friendly and safe environment for kids to ride bikes or simply run around the neighborhood.
Sleeping accommodations include one King, three Queens, two Bunk beds, and sleep sofas. Parking for four cars. You will have so much fun you won't want to leave! Pet Friendly with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions. NON-SMOKING, LINENS/TOWELS/PAPER/ PLASTIC & SOAPS NOT INCLUDED, PARKING FOR 4-5 cars. Rents from Saturday to Saturday.
