  My family had an excellent stay here!! Great location, pictures on VRBO are exact......no surprises. Just a great place to stay and feel safe as well. Even my teenagers loved the area. I plan to stay here again in the future!

  This unit was beautiful, clean and attractive. We were with a group at Kingston Plantations who were scattered throughout in various condos and I must say ours was the nicest. The owner was most helpful several times and always promptly responded to any inquiries. You can rent this unit with complete peace of mind based on our happy experience. Quiet and clean, clean, clean.

  Once again, this rental is the top of the top....super clean, great location, 2 min walk to the pool and about 5 min to the beach, its doesnt get much better. I personal will be back next year for our two week vacation or we might extend to three. this place feels like home when we get there and you will feel the same way.....we came home last night and we all ready miss it..... oh, and the owner, is super helpful and gets back to you, super fast....

  I spent a long weekend with the girls and we had a great time. The condo was very spacious, clean, modern and what a great location. We loved being so close to the ocean, just a short walk to the sand! We enjoyed our daily walks in and around the plantation. We even walked to the shopping mall! The pools and lakes were beautiful as well as the black swans! I would definetly go back!

  This was our first visit to Kingston Plantation and our stay has been wonderful! The unit was exactly as advertised- very nice, comfortable and spacious. The owner has been great to deal with and readily available for questions, etc. We have enjoyed our walks on the beach, the quiet atmosphere, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the proximity to local shopping and restaurants. In fact, we have enjoyed it so much that we have booked for double the time next year.

  Very nice condo, owner is great to work with, very responsive. Wanted to stay there again this year, but it is already booked the week we need.

  This condo was a wonderful vacation place for our family. It is close walking distance to the beach and close drive to local attractions including the outlet mall, walmart and restaurants. The condo was spacious, very clean, and updated. We loved the granite counters in the kitchen, new decor, and flat screen TV. In addition, the resort grounds were beautiful. We would definately return and would highly recommend this unit!!!

  We have been going to Kingston for 8 years, and this was one of the nicest units we rented. The owner is very pleasant, easy to deal with, and stands by his word. Kingston is a great place to take the family for vacation. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

  All I can say about this rental is WOW!!! This was out 4th time at Kingston and we stayed at 4 different rentals, and this one by far was the nicest, cleanest and had the most going for it. We loved it so much that we booked it for the same two weeks next year. The owner is very helpful and gets back to you right away if you have questions, that is a plus in my book. If you have any reservations renting here, leave them at the door and go for it. Once again, this was top notch!!!
