Kingston Plantation is premier, oceanfront South Carolina resort, highly acclaimed by the travel and recreation industry. This 145-acre resort is graced with a variety of fresh-water lakes, lovely garden paths and vacation amenities.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath second-floor villa in Richmond Park is a short walk to the beach, heated pools and Jacuzzis. Richmond Park also has a separate pool for owners and guests.
Our 1,250 sq. ft. villa features granite in kitchen, 42” HDTV in living room. The living area has vaulted ceilings and a balcony that overlooks a quiet, tree-shaded lawn. 32" HDTVs in both bedrooms. Wifi internet access included in rental rate.
Our condominium is close to the resort's Sport and Health Club with its indoor and outdoor pools, exercise and weightlifting rooms, and outdoor lighted tennis courts. Kiva Spa offers facial treatments and massages.
A full time golf director is available to book tee times at Kingston's Arcadian Shores, located adjacent to the resort, or at one of the more than 100 courses in the area.
Shopping is convenient. Within a mile, there’s Tanger Outlet Center, Wal-Mart and groceries. The unit is also within walking distance of the Apache Fishing Pier.

Very nice condo, owner is great to work with, very responsive. Wanted to stay there again this year, but it is already booked the week we need.

This condo was a wonderful vacation place for our family. It is close walking distance to the beach and close drive to local attractions including the outlet mall, walmart and restaurants. The condo was spacious, very clean, and updated. We loved the granite counters in the kitchen, new decor, and flat screen TV. In addition, the resort grounds were beautiful. We would definately return and would highly recommend this unit!!!

We have been going to Kingston for 8 years, and this was one of the nicest units we rented. The owner is very pleasant, easy to deal with, and stands by his word. Kingston is a great place to take the family for vacation. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

All I can say about this rental is WOW!!! This was out 4th time at Kingston and we stayed at 4 different rentals, and this one by far was the nicest, cleanest and had the most going for it. We loved it so much that we booked it for the same two weeks next year. The owner is very helpful and gets back to you right away if you have questions, that is a plus in my book. If you have any reservations renting here, leave them at the door and go for it. Once again, this was top notch!!!

We had the time of our life! Great resort and beatiful condo very clean and updated. Just steps to the beach that was never crowded, live bands at the beach bar we just unpacked and enjoyed. The kids loved the waterpark and all the pools. We plan to stay here again.
