This newly built 3 bdrm/2.5 bath home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a small community. The expansive view looks out to a bridge and has a gently sloping walk to the cove where the single slip dock with large party deck is located. The dock it furnished to comfortably seat 12 people and is equipped with a gas grill for enjoying lunch or dinner on the water. Relaxing,reading and fishing off the dock is a popular pass time.
The living quarters have a large great room featuring HD TV, stereo, video games, wireless internet, CD/DVD player and comfortable leather furniture. The dining table adjoins the family room and behind it is the game room equipped with a pool table and sleeper sofa. The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished The master has a king bed and the 2 guest rooms have a queen and a full size bed. Both baths are equipped with double shower heads and jacuzzi tubs. The home also has an exercise room, equipped with a bow flex, treadmill and elliptical machine for those who like to keep in shape while vacationing.
