This newly built 3 bdrm/2.5 bath split level home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a small community. The expansive view looks out to a bridge and has a gentle sloping walk to the cove where the single slip dock with large party deck is located. The dock is furnished to comfortably seat 12 people and is equipped with a gas grill for enjoying lunch or dinner on the water. Relaxing,reading and fishing off the dock are common activities.
The living quarters have a large great room featuring HD TV, stereo, video games, wireless internet, CD/DVD player and comfortable leather furniture. The dining table adjoins the family room and behind it is the game room equipped with a pool table. The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished. The master has a king bed and the 2 guest rooms have a queen and a full size bed. Both baths are equipped with double shower heads and jacuzzi tubs. The home also has an exercise room, equipped with a bow flex, treadmill and elliptical machine for those who like to keep in shape while vacationing.

We stayed at this house over Labor Day Weekend and had a great time. We had use of the basement, which was brand new, open, clean and very nice. The floor plan is very open and a lot of room. We got a lot of use out of the dock and the lake, which was the most enjoyable. Its located in a cove that is quiet and had great views. The owner was very nice and great to deal with. We would recommend it, and would stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
