You are only a 98 steps out your front door to the sand, surf and famous Florida sunsets.
This spacious 2,400 square foot home includes a private second floor master suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, large bathroom with separate tub and shower, and best of all, a direct view of the beach through the double french doors. Off the second floor hallway, you and your party can enjoy the roof top deck to sit and enjoy the views. Check out the sunset photo taken from our deck!
Two other bedrooms have (1) queen or (2) extra long twin beds. The family room has a cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, two comfortable chairs and one couch. The enclosed backyard offers a large area for entertaining, gas barbecue grill, patio furniture and a beautiful swimming pool.
Belleair Beach offers you relaxing enjoyment of the beach without the crowds, but is only 2 miles from Sand Key and Clearwater Beach (which offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and night life). Enjoy use of two beach bicycles, volleyball net, beach umbrella and a full set of beach chairs.

A nightly sunset celebration that takes place in Pier 60 Park on Clearwater Beach. This free family event features artisans, crafters, street performers and live musical entertainment, weather permitting.
CLEARWATER MARINE AQUARIUM
The Clearwater Marine Aquarium rescues wildlife and offers the public opportunities to interact with the animals, including dolphins, sea turtles, otters, pelicans, raccoons, opossums, and others. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium offers dolphin training encounters and educational programs for adults, children, disabled, and terminally ill people.

Great to bring kids during the day and early evening. Mostly a bar for singles or groups at night. The 12-lane, $10-million center with an exclusive VIP party.
XTREME FUN CENTER
Xtreme Fun Center is the newest family entertainment and corporate event attraction in the Tampa Bay Area! With over 20,000 square feet of arena, indoor batting cages, arcade and karaoke. 15 minute drive from the beach. Play laser tag with your kids of all ages. It is the beach house owner's favorite rainy day activity.
CLEARWATER FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER
Clearwater Family Aquatic Center, a terrific new public facility with a great pool and tennis courts, is across the street from the Bay Esplanade house and a short walk to the other houses. Even if you rent a house with a private pool, you will not want to miss this fun activity with the small children in your party.
BOTTLE NOSED DOLPHINS
Clearwater is home to an abundance of bottle nosed dolphins. They are everywhere and easy to see any day of the year. Go on a touristy boat ride like the Dolphin Encounter or just walk to the end of the Pier 60 at sunset or sunrise.
DISNEY DISCOVERY COVE
Experience a personal swim with a bottlenose dolphin. Snorkel among thousands of rays and exotic fish, and explore the splendor of coral reefs and grottos. Belleair Beach is the perfect location for a family vacation. You can enjoy a beautiful beach without fighting the crowds that you would have if you were surrounded by high rise condos. The zoning laws of Belleair Beach do not allow high rise condos. However, you are only a few miles away from all great restaurants, shopping and amenities of Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and surrounding towns.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love being only steps away from the beach while enjoying the privacy of a residence with a large back yard and swimming pool. After hours on the beach, we enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. The pool has a new system that doesn't use the usual harsh chlorine chemicals found in most pools. Our house is directly across the street from one of Belleair Beach's city owned access parks, which gives us views of the beach without any homes blocking views of the sunset!

This was our first time that all the family decided to go on vacation together, so we decided to rent a house so we could all be together. My normal vacation usually consist of my husband and my daughter(now 6), so this was going to be a treat for me..We were provided very detailed directions to the location as well as instructions on how to get the key so we could get into the house. As we arrived at the house, the outside was very neat and clean and it was in a perfect location. As we entered the house we were amazed at how clean and spacious it was. It was very beautiful. Upon touring the property, we discovered the private pool which was perfect for the kids, it was deep enought to enjoy, but not so deep that it scared you. We very able to play pool volleyball which was very fun. While playing in the pool my dad was grilling out. So as you can tell this place has it all. Now it was beach time, and we flew so we didnt have room for our chairs or umbrella, so upon looking into the garage, we found lots of beach chairs and an umbrella, which really made me happy. Also, there was a washer and dryer and two bikes, which my husband & I took advantage of! For some of you thinking we will drive so we will have our our chairs, think of the room you will save in your car and also you wont have to worry about sand getting in your car. The next thing was the crosswalk to the beach, it was directly in front of the house so that was very handy. The house layout was perfect, people were not just sitting right on top of each other. The kitchen was fully furnished which made cooking easy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will be back. The owner was very helpful and friendly and willing to do anything we ask w/in reason. I have already been telling my friends about this place. The picture is what the ouside looks like, but the inside is alot bigger than what the house looks from the outside. My husband and I was in the upstairs room, we had complete privacy, so it was like we were on our own vacation. The upstairs consist of a bedroom and a huge bathroom and a balcony off the bedroom which allows you to see the beach. If you are looking for a house to rent that is spacious, clean, close to the beach, and furnished with just about everything you would need while here, you found it. Also, no need to bring beach towels, they are furnished also. One more thing, the beach is very private, not alot of people, I enjoyed that too...

My daughter, three year old granddaughter, and I spent a fabulous Spring Break enjoying all the conveniences of home at Parsley's Paradise. We loved the location, amenities and cleanliness of this vacation home. It is right across the street from the ocean with public beach access, clean public restrooms and a shelter house with picnic tables to use. We even had a cross walk right in front of the house! We enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach, lying by the pool in the backyard and shopping, shopping, shopping. Countryside Mall and the many Marshall's, T. J. Maxx, and Ross stores, as well as the little beach type shops lured us out almost every evening. Many great restaurants were within a short drive from the house. We especially liked the Gondolier for dinner and Maggie Mae's for breakfast. David and Ginny were very accomodating and answered our thousand questions about the property promptly. Towels, beach towels and linens were provided to lighten our suitcases. We would love to return soon!

Parsley's Paradise was everything the website said it would be and more. It was inviting and very well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. The dining area is inviting and ample room for a relaxing dinner for a large group. The atmosphere and comfortable furniture made it easy to play games, enjoy a movie, or read a book. The location of the house made day trips easy, bike rides very convenient, and walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets are just across the street. The windows around the house also allow for a nice view of the area. I would love to return to experience the pool and patio in the private yard as my week was unseasonably cool. Last, but not least, the Parsley's were extremely informative both on the phone and the information left for their guests in the house. I have had other experiences with rentals on VRBO, but this vacation getaway is definitely at the top of our list.

Parsley's Paradise is truly a paradise! The home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. It is in a great, easy to find location. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. The Parsley's provide all of the information and supplies necessary to make your stay completely enjoyable. The sunsets from the beach are simply awe inspiring. I would most definitely recommend Parsley's Paradise. I didn't want to leave, and definitely would like to return.

The home is beautiful and spacious. The beds were more than comfortable and the view is gorgeous. The entire place is super clean and is obviously treated with the utmost of respect. I would clearly do a repeat performance next year.....
