Our home is located on the beach block - only 7 houses to the beach. No streets to cross! This clean, beautiful, single family home has granite kitchen counter tops, soaring ceilings, an open floor plan and plenty of room for total relaxation! Two separate large living rooms make this home ideal for your family getaway. 5 comfortable bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, dining area and plenty of outdoor spaces. The 2nd floor kitchen opens to a roomy deck with gas grill; there is a screened in porch AND a huge backyard deck. PLUS (what a bonus when coming off the beach) - TWO outdoor showers! 5 bedrooms will sleep 10 people, which is the amount we kindly request that you limit your party to.

A great location! You can walk to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, WaWa and a gym. A quick walk to the bay side of our street and enjoy a guarded bay beach with gazebo.

This is NOT your grandmother's rental - it is our home - upgrades everywhere. Comfortable, casual and clean!
