Hallelujah! We are glad that the 2010 rental year is behind us and we are so looking forward to 2011. The oil is gone, fishing has reopened, and the Alabama beaches are being deep cleaned. Book now to reserve your fun in the sun in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Entire unit furnished with beautifully coordinated quality furniture and decor. Granite counter tops in kitchen and both guest and master bathrooms. Duel sinks in both of these bathrooms. Molded shower and tub units in each bath, each with a shower curtain. Unit flooring is mixture of tile and carpet.
Fully equipped kitchen. Small table and chairs for dining and gaming. Six bar stools also available for dining.
King sized bed in Master bedroom and Queen sized bed in Guest bedroom. Bedside tables with alarm clocks that are also sound machines. Sliding closet doors also double as full length mirrors. Both rooms have chester drawers and each has it's own TV. Black-out blinds and full length curtains make sleeping a pleasure. Double-bed Sleeper sofa located in living area.
Just added!! 26 inch flat panel tv-dvd combo to master bedroom. 19 inch flat panel tv-dvd combo to guest bedroom. Also just added to the unit is a Sony iphone dock fm radio combo.
Spacious 2 bedroom unit with approx. 1300 square feet of floor space. Around 500 square feet in comfortable leaving area. Wide balcony is great for viewing the gulf or dining outside. Gulf and Beach may be viewed from inside the condo through wall to wall, floor to ceiling, tinted glass windows.
This 6th floor, Sanibel Unit, is located along the quiet, family oriented, sandy west beaches of Gulf Shores, Al. 2.5 miles west of the busy intersection of Hwy. 59 and Beach Blvd. 50 miles from Mobile, Al. and 35 miles from Pensacola, Fl.
Sanibel Condo is a 4 year old building located just minutes from excellent golfing, fishing, a Super Walmart," Waterville" water park, "The Track" amusement park, putt-putt golf and all of the other fun things on Pleasure Island. Also lady's, only minutes away are shopper friendly "Tanger Outlets".

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
Suzanne's parents have owned a house on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Al. for almost 40 years. Over time we have really grown fond of the quiet, family-oriented sands along West Beach. After Ivan, we decided to invest in our own place along West Beach. Sanibel was new at that time and has made a perfect fit. Our three children and two grandchildren really love the place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The most pleasing part about Sanibel is management's willingness to always want to improve the property. Since we bought the unit, the pool has been heated, wi-fi internet service, TV, and phone service have all been upgraded. Security cameras have been installed and recently b-b-q grills and a picnic area have been completed. Add all of this to the beautiful view of the beaches and gulf, and one cannot imagine the fun and enjoyment of staying at this beach oriented condo.
