The house sits just 150 ft. from the dedicated beach on Mexico Beach. Which means no houses are built directly on the beach and gives "Dolphin Run" wonderful gulf views from the 2nd floor living area and deck.
And if you like to just park and leave your car alone for a few days this house is located just a few minutes walk from restaurants, convenient store, grocery store, etc.

This is a great place to stay. It was a pleasure to stay in such a quiet neighborhood, yet be so near the beautiful beach. The owner welcomed us with fresh baked cookies and the children loved them. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of closet space to tuck away suitcases. The lighting was great for reading or easily darkened for napping. My grandchildren enjoyed having a tv with either satellite, dvd player or internet in each room. They had plenty of room to 'have their space'. There were sand toys and floats for the little ones and beach chairs for the moms and dads. The pictures do not do this wonderful home justice. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee out on the upper porch and looking out at the awesome view of the beach or just sitting out there at night and listening to the waves. The teens enjoyed the banana boat ride and the skii doo and watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The girls all enjoyed the nice shops when finding the perfect little gifts to take home. My husband enjoyed taking the grill to the beach and cooking hot dogs and hamburgers, and roasting marshmellows for the kids. This is a very kid friendly beach getaway. My little maltese TJ also felt at home and seemed to think we had moved in. Everyone hated to see the week end and each go their seperate ways. We are already looking forward to our next trip . My family had no regrets and had a wonderful experience making new memories in this lovely home away from home. I reccomend this place for family gatherings or for several couples or even a girls retreat.
