Nestled within a lush, tropical setting on two acres with ocean views to Cruz Bay, our VERY AFFORDABLE one-bedroom condo is located at Serendip Vacation Condos, recently remodeled inside and out. We are an intimate complex of only 10 units in a quiet residential area of St. John. Named "Fiesta," our one-bedroom condo has recently been updated and includes all of the comforts of home AND island life!
Each of the 8 1-bedroom and 2 studio condos have a fully equipped kitchen and large patio.
The guest laundry facilities are a great added value for small families or the budget friendly traveler, and we also have beach towels, beach chairs & even a cooler for your memorable days on our beautiful USVI National Park beaches.
One of our favorite features is the large covered patio that extends the length of the entire condo and is a wonderful place for dining, reading a book or watching the sunset. The complex also has a lovely pool with chaise lounges, a BBQ grill, and a little "hideaway" with a hammock for gazing into the tropical skies or at the stars.
Serendip is one of the best St John vacation values on the island, and we look forward to having you as our guest.

We are regulars to St. John and Serendip, love them both…(Condo) is a wonderful unit. You have such good taste and I appreciated the granite, the quality appliances and kitchen utensils, nice furniture, comfortable beds and nicely decorated…all very much contributed to our comfort and feeling at home. Of course, the view from the balcony is the best part of the condo and we spent much time out there.

Sunshine, beaches… and a place to call home. Thanks for the retreat from all the fun places and things to do. A sunrise greeted by local birds. A sunset drifting into a dream-like starlit sky and the view of St. Thomas… Having the choice to walk to town and the market to fix a meal at home enhanced several evenings and gave my family a chance to reunite. Ashley greeted us and made us feel as part of her extended family, checking in regularly to see if we were happy. The treats were welcome on our arrival and gave us a chance to have a snack while we gained our St. John bearings… My only complaint is that we did not stay longer
