Sunshine, beaches… and a place to call home. Thanks for the retreat from all the fun places and things to do. A sunrise greeted by local birds. A sunset drifting into a dream-like starlit sky and the view of St. Thomas… Having the choice to walk to town and the market to fix a meal at home enhanced several evenings and gave my family a chance to reunite. Ashley greeted us and made us feel as part of her extended family, checking in regularly to see if we were happy. The treats were welcome on our arrival and gave us a chance to have a snack while we gained our St. John bearings… My only complaint is that we did not stay longer

(Condo) was perfect for us—and so well-equipped—we lacked NOTHING. We never put the AC on once… Loved the night frogs, fed the banana quits sugar everyday—bought a hummingbird feeder, which we are leaving here… Really liked having the coolers available and the beach chairs. Spent one afternoon at the pool too. Easy to park the car. Ashley was very helpful. We found Serendip on the Internet—we will be back… Thank you very much for sharing this spot in tropical paradise…”

We had a wonderful time during our stay here at (condo). Coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the am and happy hours there in the evening…it was great to have the option of picking up something at the Starfish and cooking in…We found (condo) very well-equipped and comfortable. Next year we will know what we do not need to bring!

We are regulars to St. John and Serendip, love them both…(Condo) is a wonderful unit. You have such good taste and I appreciated the granite, the quality appliances and kitchen utensils, nice furniture, comfortable beds and nicely decorated…all very much contributed to our comfort and feeling at home. Of course, the view from the balcony is the best part of the condo and we spent much time out there.

Like most other entries in the book, we write this entry while we reluctantly pack our bags to head home. My girlfriend Sarah and I came to St. John for a wedding and had an absolute blast! We had a very large group travel down for the wedding and I must say Serendip was the best value stay out of the whole group. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Ted was fantastic! You are very lucky to have him managing these units! Coral had all the amenities we could ever want, and you guys have done a great job and we will definitely be back soon! THANK YOU!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here – what a spectacular view – crystal clear mornings and wowie sunsets! I am a bird lover and so was thrilled to have banaquits and hummingbirds all day long! Thankfully my daughter lives on island – so I always have an excuse to come back, thought I really don’t need one – the Rock has stolen my heart! Thanks also to Ted who was so sweet and took such good care!

We come to St. John often – as a matter of fact this is our second time this year. We came back on a one way ticket and we’re not sure when we’re going back!!! Isn’t that great??? St. John teaches me how to be a better person. I’ve learned to slow down and think about what’s important in life. It is such a beautiful place and the history of the islands is so rich. We have stayed in several condos at Serendip and this is our first time in Fiesta. Your condo is so beautiful and comfortable and I love the way it is decorated. I would love it if you could come to our home and give me some decorating ideas! You condo is proof positive that you don’t have to stay in a fancy expensive villa on St. John or at an all inclusive resorts. It doesn’t get any better than this! Ted is such a wonderful person – so accommodating too! He will go out of his way to get anything you need or want. He’s done such a great job at Serendip that it’s hard to book a reservation because the place is booming. Way to go, Ted! Thank you for sharing Fiesta with us!

We loved "Fiesta". It had all we needed for a great week away from the cold North. We swam at Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Caneel and Francis Bay. We all liked different beaches. The verdict is out with us. We agreed to disagree on which beach was the best…and the weather…it couldn’t have been any better. Ted was great! Very helpful!!!
