Huge, on the water, with dockage, central location, golf, fly in! This is the perfect POOL home for large family reunions, wedding groups, old and new friends get together, group golfing holidays, diving and fishing groups.
The largest underwater park in America is just out our back door. We are moments away from the best reefs in the Florida Keys, which means the best reefs in America!
If you need additional accommodations close by, we have other homes on the bayside and are centrally located to everything. There are six bedrooms, including two master suites with private dressing rooms. The upper master has a sun deck (great for private sunbathing), roman tub, sauna, and a spacious bathroom including a bidet.
Of the four other guest rooms, three have queen beds. All are equipped with a TV and are WiFi capable. If you need additional sleeping space, there are three queen sofa beds (one is located in the lower master suite) as well as an extra wide sofa in the family room.
The room sizes are very large and spread out, making this home the perfect venue for large groups. The bar area is huge and its central location in the home gives this house wonderful flow for entertaining. (We once hosted a party with two bands and over 300 guests!)
You couldn't ask for a more central or convenient location. Walk just one block to a water park, jogging track, tennis courts, hand ball courts, olympic training pool, basketball courts and great restaurants and shopping. Just a couple of blocks away is a private gated park with boat ramps, logoon, beach and picnic area directly on the Atlantic, where you can enjoy watching the fishing boats and yachts come and go. Around the corner is the home port for the Sun Cruise Casino, a wonderful getaway where you can take an evening break from the tables or machines and watch the sea life and sharks swirl underneath the lighted hull. Dive operations abound or you can bring your own boat and dock it during the house during your stay.
Golf anyone? You're in luck! Although there are no public courses in the upper Keys, just a short distance away (20 minutes) is an incredible and very exclusive private club with three 18 hole courses, where as my guest (Greens Fees apply), you can enjoy one of the premier golfing venues in Florida.
Fly in? Just another perk. As my guest, you can bring your own (or charter) jet or fixed wing aircraft directly to Key Largo and land at the 4500 foot private airport at the club. (Landing Fees apply). Enterprise rental cars are available at the club for your convenience.

Kathie - Melbourne, FL We had stayed here last year and this year and both times we had great experiences. The house is immaculate. The owner, Bill and their house keeper wants everything to be just perfect for you. They will do everything to try and accomodate you. Last year we celebrated my daughter 21st birthday with 11 people. There was plenty of room for everyone.This year, it was only my husband and I and another couple. There is so much to do. My husband and friends played golf last year and Bill set it up for him. The ladies went shopping, Everything is so close, plenty of restaurants, swim with the dolphins, fishing and a publix and pharmacy is right at your fingertips. The neighborhood is very nice and relaxing. You can take walks at night and not be afraid. We even walked to Coconut restaurant. This house is everything the pictures and ad said it was. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a chance to experience Key Largo and it surroundings.

Our extended family (all 14 of us) stayed with you and had the BEST time! The home was absolutely beautiful! What a treat being able to swim from sunrise, to sunset for all of our children! We loved being able to relax by the pool all day! Our family loved eating and playing games on the screened in patio each night too! The house was just perfect for our large group (including all the young kids). My husband and I even got to experience golfing with the owner Bill at "Ocean Reef Club". What an amazing experience this was! Beautiful Golf, Club, and my kids LOVED swimming in the club's pools and playing at the beach! It was also fun watching all the yachts coming in. All together, the stay was amazing...the house was close to everything we could have asked for, and Bill (the owner) was nothing short of a wonderful host and tour guide for sending us in the right direction of what to do, and where to eat! Thank you for such wonderful memories for our whole family! We will definitely do it again!

What a great place!! The pictures are good but don't compare to how beautiful the house really is!! The location is great, easy to find with a neighborhood feeling. Since the house has 3 levels there is plenty of room for all 19 without feeling a bit crowded. Bill, the owner, was the perfect host. He was helpful in suggesting activities and local restaurants because he's lived in the area for many years. We looked and looked for a large property for our family's stay for our sunset wedding. The house was perfect for us. The wedding beautiful! The wedding took place on another of Bill's properties...so kind of him to offer this beautiful location with an awesome sunset!! Back at the house, the younger kids just thought it was the coolest thing having the canal right behind us, they enjoyed jumping in to cool off and grabbing a snorkel mask to see all the creatures that make their home on the walls of the canals... the feather dusters, clams, anenome's, fish, sponge... all soo beautiful... and literally right in our backyard. Each night you'd find a bunch of us hanging out in the huge hot tub ..what a great way to relax... and the upper deck, off the master suite, was perfect for a little quite time and stargazing at night. All of the beds were comfy, plenty of linens and pillows. Having a washer and dryer available really made a big difference with such a large group. The enclosed deck off the kitchen was a great place to just hang out for meals or drinks. Having a full service kitchen was so convenient for meals and snacks. Not a complaint from anyone....well...other than they had to leave at the end of the week! We will definitely go back to the Keys again and will not hesitate contacting Bill for a rental. He and his staff are the best! Thank you for many beautiful memories!

This home is in a great location in Largo The house is beautiful and very well kept. The pictures are good but seeing it is awesome! Bill is so helpful about the area when it comes to ideas on where to go and suggestions on what to do so you not only get a great place to stay but a mountain of experience about the area. We stayed the weekend this trip and have it reserved for our family and friends this October for our wedding. Just a great place. Can't wait to go back.
