We're literally steps away from shopping, restaurants, clubs, dive shops, a swim park, tennis, hand ball courts, & a jogging track. This OCEAN SIDE gem has 30 feet of AVAILABLE DOCK, affording no bridges access to the Atlantic Ocean and to the most spectacular reefs on the Florida Keys. Only one boat is permitted per rental. In just a few short minutes you are within the boundaries of John Pennekamp Park, America's Premier Underwater Marine Preserve. 2 master suites, (one with additional twin sleepers) & common area accommodations bring the total sleep space to 19. All that plus free WiFi, sauna, dock, hot tub & BACK YARD POOL. WOW. If you wish to play golf there is an 18 hole public golf course 45 minutes away.

Family Reunions and Weddings: What a great home for a large family reunion or for wedding guests for an 'oh so memorable stay.' (Yes, we have had weddings at the house). There are also venues nearby for beach front nuptials with catering. There aren't many homes available that are this big and spacious and if your family is too big for this, we have other houses close by for the rest of your clan where short term rentals are not prohibited. We had 18 family members meet here for Christmas. The owners went all out and decorated the house for Christmas, complete with the tree! We had a great time and found there to be plenty of room. The pool area is especially nice and we spent alot of time there. The house sits in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood along a canal which would be great if you had a boat. We did rent kayaks from a local outfitter. Lots of restaurants, some within walking distance. Vacationers should be aware that while the Keys are a great place for water sports, there aren't nice, sand beaches that we think of when we think FL. Kathie - Melbourne, FL We had stayed here last year and this year and both times we had great experiences. The house is immaculate. The owner, Bill and their house keeper wants everything to be just perfect for you. They will do everything to try and accomodate you. Last year we celebrated my daughter 21st birthday with 11 people. There was plenty of room for everyone.This year, it was only my husband and I and another couple. There is so much to do. My husband and friends played golf last year and Bill set it up for him. The ladies went shopping, Everything is so close, plenty of restaurants, swim with the dolphins, fishing and a publix and pharmacy is right at your fingertips. The neighborhood is very nice and relaxing. You can take walks at night and not be afraid. We even walked to Coconut restaurant. This house is everything the pictures and ad said it was. Our extended family (all 14 of us) stayed with you and had the BEST time! The home was absolutely beautiful! What a treat being able to swim from sunrise, to sunset for all of our children! We loved being able to relax by the pool all day! Our family loved eating and playing games on the screened in patio each night too! The house was just perfect for our large group (including all the young kids). My husband and I even got to experience golfing with the owner Bill at "Ocean Reef Club". What an amazing experience this was! Beautiful Golf, Club, and my kids LOVED swimming in the club's pools and playing at the beach! It was also fun watching all the yachts coming in. All together, the stay was amazing...the house was close to everything we could have asked for, and Bill (the owner) was nothing short of a wonderful host and tour guide for sending us in the right direction of what to do, and where to eat! Thank you for such wonderful memories for our whole family! We will definitely do it again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a great place!! The pictures are good but don't compare to how beautiful the house really is!! The location is great, easy to find with a neighborhood feeling. Since the house has 3 levels there is plenty of room for all 19 without feeling a bit crowded. Bill, the owner, was the perfect host. He was helpful in suggesting activities and local restaurants because he's lived in the area for many years. We looked and looked for a large property for our family's stay for our sunset wedding. The house was perfect for us. The wedding beautiful! The wedding took place on another of Bill's properties...so kind of him to offer this beautiful location with an awesome sunset!! Back at the house, the younger kids just thought it was the coolest thing having the canal right behind us, they enjoyed jumping in to cool off and grabbing a snorkel mask to see all the creatures that make their home on the walls of the canals... the feather dusters, clams, anenome's, fish, sponge... all soo beautiful... and literally right in our backyard. Each night you'd find a bunch of us hanging out in the huge hot tub ..what a great way to relax... and the upper deck, off the master suite, was perfect for a little quite time and stargazing at night. All of the beds were comfy, plenty of linens and pillows. Having a washer and dryer available really made a big difference with such a large group. The enclosed deck off the kitchen was a great place to just hang out for meals or drinks. Having a full service kitchen was so convenient for meals and snacks. Not a complaint from anyone....well...other than they had to leave at the end of the week! We will definitely go back to the Keys again and will not hesitate contacting Bill for a rental. He and his staff are the best! Thank you for many beautiful memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

This home is in a great location in Largo The house is beautiful and very well kept. The pictures are good but seeing it is awesome! Bill is so helpful about the area when it comes to ideas on where to go and suggestions on what to do so you not only get a great place to stay but a mountain of experience about the area. We stayed the weekend this trip and have it reserved for our family and friends this October for our wedding. Just a great place. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
