Huge, on the water, with dockage, central location, golf, fly in! This is the perfect home for large family reunions, wedding groups, old and new friends get together, group golfing holidays, diving and fishing groups.
The largest underwater park in America is just out our back door. We are moments away from the best reefs in the Florida Keys, which means the best reefs in America!
If you need additional accommodations close by, we have other homes on the bayside and are centrally located to everything. There are six bedrooms, including two master suites with private dressing rooms. The upper master has a sun deck (great for private sunbathing), roman tub, sauna, and a spacious bathroom including a bidet.
Of the four other guest rooms, three have queen beds. All are equipped with a TV and are WiFi capable. If you need additional sleeping space, there are three queen sofa beds (one is located in the lower master suite) as well as an extra wide sofa in the family room.
The room sizes are very large and spread out, making this home the perfect venue for large groups. The bar area is huge and its central location in the home gives this house wonderful flow for entertaining. (We once hosted a party with two bands and over 300 guests!)
You couldn't ask for a more central or convenient location. Walk just one block to a water park, jogging track, tennis courts, hand ball courts, olympic training pool, basketball courts and great restaurants and shopping. Just a couple of blocks away is a private gated park with boat ramps, logoon, beach and picnic area directly on the Atlantic, where you can enjoy watching the fishing boats and yachts come and go. Around the corner is the home port for the Sun Cruise Casino, a wonderful getaway where you can take an evening break from the tables or machines and watch the sea life and sharks swirl underneath the lighted hull. Dive operations abound or you can bring your own boat and dock it during the house during your stay.
Golf anyone? You're in luck! Although there are no public courses in the upper Keys, just a short distance away (20 minutes) is an incredible and very exclusive private club with three 18 hole courses, where as my guest (Greens Fees apply), you can enjoy one of the premier golfing venues in Florida.
Fly in? Just another perk. As my guest, you can bring your own (or charter) jet or fixed wing aircraft directly to Key Largo and land at the 4500 foot private airport at the club. (Landing Fees apply). Enterprise rental cars are available at the club for your convenience.
