Our 3 bedroom + loft condominium features unique architectural design elements mixed with large, casual spaces perfect for multi-family vacations or couples’ long get-away weekends. Heated slate floors, high ceilings, a contemporary corner gas fireplace and glazed sandstone bar area in the kitchen/living/dining “great room” with fabulous views of the Three Peaks mountain range create a warm, inviting place to come home to after skiing, hiking, biking or shopping in Dillon, the heart of Summit County.
Sleeping areas accommodate 6 adults and additional children: upstairs master with full bath (queen), first floor bedroom with full bath (queen + double), first floor bedroom with separate bath (queen convertible sofa bed), and office loft with queen aerobed plus 1 additional queen aerobed provide flexibility and ample room for infants, toddlers and older children. Inside the condo you will have a fully equipped kitchen for large groups, cable TV with DVD, VCR and video library, Internet access via Wi-Fi (no computer is on-site for guest use), a stereo system with CD library, and many books, cards and games to keep those of all ages entertained.
Decks off the living room and first floor bedroom are wonderful places for quiet, summer morning coffee and reading. Upon request, families with young children have the use of 2 Graco Pack ‘n Plays, 2 toddler high chairs, 1 toddler booster seat and 1 toddler round walker @ $15 ea rental fee. Multi-family vacationers may also wish to look at VRBO #92156, our next-door neighbor, a lovely 2 bedroom condominium owned by the builder of the condo project in 2000.
Our unit is one of 4 located on the second floor of the Red Mountain Plaza Building 705 with a professionally maintained 6 person hot tub just outside our front door. Amenities are steps away in the plaza: Red Mountain Grill restaurant, Wilderness Sports clothes and sports equipment, a beauty/nail salon and Summit County Daily News kiosk at the foot of the stairs are part of the complex.
The property includes close-by, designated condo parking spaces with snow removal during winter. Within walking distance are a micro-brewery, factory outlet stores, a natural foods vitamin/grocery store and Summit Stage free bus service to Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge.

Why the Owner Chose Red Mountain Plaza
We purchased this condominium “on the spot” because of the beautiful, large spaces with gorgeous views to the east and west, day and night. We love being close to Lake Dillon and its many attractions: the marina itself, the free summer concerts at the Dillon Amphitheatre, the lakeside restaurant. We’ve joined the Silverthorne Rec Center for family fun in the 2 kid-friendly indoor pools, exercise lap-swimming and hot-tub; after staying in Dillon you will consider the larger Summit County area the best bargain around, in summer and winter! Skiing at Keystone is 10 minutes away, with Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek a 30 minute drive, golf in summer at 4 beautiful courses: Raven, River Course Keystone, Keystone Ranch and Breckenridge Golf Course, and hiking for all levels of expertise are the most well-known but you will be amazed at the full range of “what’s goin’ on” in Summit County. We live in Denver but have always been drawn to the nearby mountains of Colorado for their beauty and many recreational activities. Our condominium is currently used for business Monday evening through Wednesday AM but we look forward to sharing it on other days with those seeking Colorado’s high-mountain charm and adventure.
