Large home (2400 square feet), large rooms, high ceilings. Glass "Florida Room" overlooks the pool area and fish pond.
Formal dining room, master bedroom has French doors opening to pool. The POOL features island, "beach" 6" shallow area to lay in , waterfall, lots of underwater benches.
Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, Galleria mall, parks, museum, movies. 1 1/2 mile walk to beach, 2 miles to famous Las Olas Boulevard, downtown, and Riverwalk shops and restaurants and entertainment district. for excursions ...only 30 miles to South Beach (Miami). 40 miles to Palm Beach.
Sorry.. No spring break students..unless accompanied by parent. ALL DATES ARE OPEN NOW...NO RESERVATIONS FARTHER THEN 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
