This beautiful home in the Cliffs at Keowee neighborhood was designed by the owners and built in 1999. The property borders Keowee Toxaway State Park and is the only existing house on its street. The quiet cove offers privacy as there are no houses on the opposite shore and boat traffic is minimal as it is the last lot in the cove. The highly elevated homesite offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the porch.
Renters will have access to the world famous Cliffs golf courses. The Vineyard, The Falls and The Springs are all within a 20 minute drive or less. Owner will need to make arrangements for golf.
2-level dock has covered boat slip and room for additional boats on either side. Upstairs of dock is furnished and excellent for sunbathing. Boat ramp and community swimming pool and clubhouse for neighborhood residents and guests are within 200 yards of the house. Boat rentals available from nearby marina.
2 brand new large flat screen TV's were installed in July 2009. Both are high defenition and have BlueRay, DVD players and satelite.
Less than 30 minutes from Clemson University - perfect for Clemson home football games in the fall. Less than 10 minutes from beautiful Lake Jocassee with excellent fishing and diving. Less than 1 hour from charming Cashiers, Highlands, and Brevard, North Carolina. Less than 45 minutes from Greenville, SC.

$300 security deposit and half of rent due within 7 days of booking.
Balance of rent due 14 days prior to arrival date.
