Enjoy resort-style living at its best surrounded by golf, mountain, and sea views in our contemporary, open-concept, non-smoking, 2100 square foot, two-story post and beam home in the scenic and prestigious West Vancouver Gleneagles area.

The large open gourmet kitchen and dining area features granite countertops, centre island, and stainless appliances. Directly adjacent is the 400 square foot living room with premium Samsung 46 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and 20 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows facing south to the Georgia Strait and Gulf Islands.

The beautiful 400 square foot cedar deck is accessed through sliding glass doors in the dining room and overlooks the golf course, mountain and sea views. The deck is furnished with dining table for 6 and a wicker seating area.

The upper level main floor has oak hardwood throughout and also contains an office, bathroom, and the master bedroom with king-size bed, and 32" flat screen TV. The first floor entry level has a cozy family room, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bath and laundry area, all of which overlook large and beautiful private gardens.

Adjacent amenities include kilometers of seaview and mountain walking trails, Larson Cove Beach 300 yards away, Gleneagles nine hole golf course and community and fitness centre. Nearby facilities include Horseshoe Bay seaside village and marina, numerous natural and scenic seaside parks, a marine preserve with a dive area, shopping, fresh markets, and ski resorts.

Gleneagles is less than 90 minutes drive to Whistler Resort, 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver, and one mile from ferries to Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast. Seattle is two and a half hours south and beautiful Victoria is a scenic Gulf Island ferry trip away.

  • This was a wonderful spacious home in a beautiful location not far from Horseshoe Bay. It's very well equipped from the kitchen to the beds. Even though we managed to be here during a very bad snowstorm, we didn't mind hibernating at Gleneagles. Mary and Gerry were very accomodating and helpful (even before we had arrived!). We will definitely be back on subsequent visits to Vancouver.

  • We had a wonderful stay in Vancouver. The Gleneagles house provided us with ample accommodation and its location met our outdoor activity requirements. The house is very well equipped and well maintained. Both Gerry and Mary were very professional and provided us with information of the local amenities as well as the operations of the systems in the house. By doing so, we were able to settle in quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning during the summer.

  • Gleneagles exceeded all our expectations.It is a lovely home with an attractive garden in a beautiful setting.The house is tastefully decorated and furnished,with every modern convenience and the new cedar decking is a great sun trap and viewing point. Our dealings with Mary and Gerry ran smoothly and amicably and we made good use of their notes on "things to do".We would have no hesitation in recommending their home as a very pleasant place to stay.
