Our private beach club has a gated boardwalk to the beach, the only one of its kind on the island. Elevator access is available to all pool area. The ground floor of the tower has and enclosed heated indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, that is surrounded by a full-sized deck. The tower has three elevators, sauna, game and video room, lobby area, lounge area, meeting room, super large fitness room, plus three pools. The lobby is decorated with beautiful granite stone on the walls and limestone flooring.
This beautiful condominium is located on the fourth floor, with the view directly over the outdoor pool. It has a view of the beach and a huge balcony. The master offers a Sealy king Posturepedic high quality mattress, walk-in closet, private access to the balcony, and private his and hers counter-top sinks made with granite. The master has a 32" Sony HD LCD flat screen mounted into the wall, giving the condo a modern look. Living area has contemporary art and a 42" Sony HD LCD flat screen. The beautiful leather sectional and ottoman diversifies the sitting area allowing of added seating or lounging. Condominium is fully furnished.
