We both love the weather in PUERTO RICO. Comming from NY we can be shore of nice weather when we arrive mostly at any time of the year.

The apartment is close to all major hotels and steps to the beach. You are able to walk to the EL SAN JUAN if you want. It can be very peaceful or you have access to entertainment in the hotels.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at this condo.....lovely view and located close by to many restaurants, Walgreen's, Pueblo groceries, and upscale hotels/casinos. Was great to get up and drink our coffee on the deck over looking the ocean! Close to the airport and car rental across the street!
Owner response:The view is spectacular from the balcony. You can watch all the cruise ships goig out to sea, very relaxing. Also the condo is located in walking distance to the El San Juan Hotel.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We just returned from a 12 day stay vacation in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. The condo is conveniently located on the beach and within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and nightlife. It was very clean and well furnished. The condo has a 24 hour security guard and a garage for your car. We really enjoyed having a private parking space. The owner and management team are readily available to address any concerns and are great to work with. As soon as you walk into the condo you are blown away with the balcony view. Being on the 14 floor was wonderful. You get a clear view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the view of the beautiful beach. I patricianly enjoyed the morning walks on the beach. The condo provides plenty of towels for shower or beach use and has beach chairs, cooler and boogie board. You have everything you need to cook with, stove, a microwave and a large refrigerator and utensils. They are several supermarkets within a short ride where you can get just about anything including wine, beer, etc and prepared food. My husband is planning on returning next year and would definitely rent the unit again. I highly recommend this condo; you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!
Owner response:The apartment is furnished like a home not a rental. The balcony is a place to just relax and enjoy the view . The area is centrally located near all major hotels like the EL SAN JUAN. This is the Isla Verde area which is located 10 min. from the airport.

We loved our stay here. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. It's conveniently located to many things within walking distance. The apartmaent is very cozy and comfortable. We can't wait to go back.
