Banner Point Beach House (formerly known as Bruce's Beach House) is located at the inlet of Georgetown Harbour, overlooking the ocean. Views are available on all three sides of the cottage. The waterfront deck invites you to view spectacular sunrises & sunsets, is fully equipped with propane BBQ, lobster cooker, picnic table and Adirondack chairs and is ideal to watch children at play.
The location is very secluded, with a private beach with warm water for swimming and you are only a 7 minute drive to all of the conveniences offered in the Town of Montague. Kayaking rentals are available minutes away and you are within 20 minutes of Brudenell and Dundarave Golf Courses. Seafood can be found in Montague for those summer evenings on the deck and you can clam dig at low tide. Panmure Island and Basin Head Beaches are also within 30 minutes. Plus a modern, comfortable, spacious cottage with all of the comforts of home!
