New floating Hardwood and all new carpet. All walls repainted with brighter colors, with new white blinds and curtains. 2009 Master bedroom has a new Queen bed. This condo is very clean. The photos are an excellent representation of the place. The owner has thought of everything, especially in the kitchen. This is the only condo I ever rented and the dish soap, baggies, paper towels.... all the extras were there !Beach chairs, boogie boards,some sand buckets, umbrella were there. Felt like home ! The place is very quiet, especially at night , It does sit right next to a camp ground, which is separated by a parking lot and a block wall. The condo is conveniently a few doors down to the laundry room also. The security staff is very efficient and nice. Also the resort is located just off of Hwy 544 on business 17, so you are very close to just about anything you want to do !! We really enjoyed it !! We would recommend it to anyone !! We stayed in this unit at Myrtle Beach Resort in February of 2010 and it was WONDERFUL. It felt just like being at home but without several feet of snow. The owners were extremely helpful , pleasant and friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Furniture was very cozy and comfortable and the queen bed was better than ours at home. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We absolutely hated to leave and will be back next year. The Resort was very safe and security was everywhere. All the ammenities were wonderful. Thank you Phyllis and Phil!!!

Everything about this condo is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was perfect for our week long stay in June 2009. The unit is truly like a home away from home. There's nothing you need to bring other than your clothes. I have stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort for 7 straight years in various different units, but this one was by far the best of them all. I will definitely try to stay there again. The owner is also very friendly and has excellent communication with you through the booking process and during your stay. Book with this condo and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
