Come and enjoy the beautiful unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe from this cozy and spacious townhome. Our 5 bedroom/3 bath home located in Heavenly Valley is less than a minute driving or shuttle time to the Boulder Lift and less than 2 minutes driving or shuttle time to Stagecoach on Heavenly's Nevada side. Our home is also just 3 miles to the casino and downtown South Lake Tahoe.
There are minimal stairs leading up to the unit with parking direclty in front and overflow parking for additional cars is also available. The first floor you'll find the kitchen and dining areas, living room, patio with private hot tub and gas bbq overlooking the lake and mountains. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. In the living room you'll find a foosball table, 36" flat screen television with cable, gas fireplace and seating for 10 between the dining room table and bar area.
Go upstairs to find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master comes with an ensuite bathroom, private patio overlooking the lake, gas fireplace and lots of comfort and space. The other two bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.
The home comes equipped with free wi-fi for those on the "working vacation". 2 of the bedrooms come with private televisions in the bedrooms, too.
