This townhouse is very unique in that it is built around the boulders at the top of Kingsbury Grade. Walk into the entry way and find two large boulders which were integrated into the house itself complete with a foosball table for gaming fun!
On the second floor is a fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, large dining room with table and chairs as well as barstools that can accommodate the large family and/or group gathering. Next to the kitchen and dining room is the first of 2 large spacious living rooms with wood burning fireplaces. Relax in comfort in this mountain style decorated den complete with large screen television or relax in front of the patio with beautiful views of entire Lake Tahoe.
The 3rd floor are 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a bathroom in-suite, a private wood burning fireplace and large closet. The master bedroom is also large enough to use as a separate living room as there is another sofa, seating area and television.
Off the 2nd floor patio you will find a private 6 person hot tub overlooking the lake and mountains. You can also view the ski area from the decks.
