This is a beautiful condo ,in a perfect location. We are a family of 5 with both teenage and young children and we all loved it !! I was a little worried before we arrived as I booked the condo last year and the previous review stated a few negatives .However we found all these had been addressed by Steve and could not fault it. Not only did we find the condo the perfect base ,close to everything but we spent a day fishing off our own little jetty below the condo. My family loved the place and if we visit clearwater again ,this would be the first place we would book . Thanks Steve The Painter Family

The condo is centrally located with easy access to beaches and shopping. The condo was very clean and had almost everything you would expect. There were a few necessities missing like garbage bags, salt/pepper, etc. Things you shouldn't generally need to purchase when renting a condo. Also, the Wi-Fi was a hit and miss but didn’t work most of the time. All the bedrooms have TVs with cable but the living room TV appears to have satellite, which was on the fritz and never worked for us. We contacted the management company but they were little to no help. We didn't spend much time indoors so these are just minor items but if we would've had children with us it would've been major. Also, the security system didn’t work well. Sometimes we were able to use the access code and sometimes not. There were times when we had to dial another condo to buzz the door. Also, there were puddles of water in the hallway but we were never clear on where that came from. All-in-all, we had a great time but the condo was mediocre.

Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

What a beautiful place! Ideally located to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Were able to walk to just about everything. Felt like home with all of the amenities. Would recommend to any family and we hope to be back. Thanks Steve!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed at Steve's palce from 1/25-30. I was so nervous as we've never rented through VRBO before. The place was perfect! It has everything a family of 4 would need and more. We surely did not want to leave. I can't wait to go back next year and will definitely look at Steve's place first.

This place was unbelievable! Our family LOVED it!!! It is a GORGEOUS place. I would like to Thank Steve(the owner) for making sure my family had everything we needed. I asked for fishing poles and beach towels to be left there and he made sure our request was meant. I would FOR SURE stay there again. Steve, FYI the only complaint I had is, you need more bath towels and pillow cases for the condo, other thatn that the place is PERFECT! It does get a little loud in the evening b/c Shepards across the street. The best restuarant was THE POST PIZZA , if you LOVE pizza. It was the BEST!!!! Clearwater is a Beautiful Beach!! Thanks again Steve!!! We will be back :) PS. Steve I'll email you some pictures from your condo....

What a perfect vacation! This condo is well thought out with quality furnishings, equipment and location. We found ourselves relaxing every morning on the balcony being greeted by porposes. The beach was a stone's throw away. We rode bikes everywhere and fished off the condo's slips. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Our stay at this lavish condo supported the best vacation I can remember. We come to Clearwater Beach often and go through the hassle of checking out places to stay. Our search is forever over as long as this place is available. Perfect for everything we wanted to do during our stay
