We shared this condo with another family while attending the AHSAA State Track and Field competition in Gulf Shores. It worked out very well, two couples and two children. The condo was beautiful, very clean and the location was wonderful. We would all choose to stay in this condo again. The owner was very gracious and easy to work with.

Our family just returned from a week stay at Pelican Pointe 1105. This was our third time and will not be our last. Everything was perfect again from check-in to check-out. The condo is beautifully re-decorated and updated. If you are looking for a great place to stay with a perfect location along the beach don't look any farther than 1105. Hope you have as much fun as we did.

My family and I had a great stay in this unit! The balcony is very large and I was surprised at the number of toys in the balcony closet! My nephews were very excited... and I found that I didn't even need to get out the toys that I'd brought for them to play with. The unit was clean and well kept and the owner was wonderful to work with. She answered my many questions promptly by email. If you've never been to Orange Beach, it is very family friendly and clean! We will hopefully be coming back to stay many many more times! Thanks, Barbara, for a wonderful experience!

This was my first time renting thru VRBO and this owner was a Delight and Always eager to help. I wont be looking Anywhere Else when we stay at Alabama's Gulf Coast!! The condo was Very Spacious and Perfect for our party of 7. The kids Loved the closet of goodies and the large balcony. The outdoor pool was very large (perfect for smaller kids - 3ft/5ft/3ft) and the indoor pool was great at night!! I must say the Jacuzzi was The Best for old tired muscles after a day of chasing kids. I cant say enough Good things about Pelican Pointe & our experience. DONT HESITATE - RENT THIS UNIT !!!

Stayed here in June 2011. More than I expected and Mrs. Miller is very nice and easy to work with. Close to food stores, restaurants, gift shops. The place is really spacious...the pictures don't do it justice. Balcony is larger than any other that I've stayed in with lots of beach stuff in the storage. The only complaint that I had would be that we couldn't get connected to the WiFi and tech support wasn't able to help either. No big deal, just gave me one more reason to forget about work and concentrate more on relaxing. I would definately recommend this condo. The 30 minute drive to see the Naval Air Museum and Blue Angels practice was well worth it.

Our vacation was great, the rooms were very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the balcony were amazing. The condo already had everything we needed, all we had to do was buy the food. We loved that the security guards made regular rounds around the parking lot to watch our vehicles. The owner was very helpful before and called during our trip to make sure everything was ok. We would definately return.

The property description and photos accurately reflected the condo. The very clean and well maintained condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one could want. The best time is coffee at sunrise on the balcony. The eight of us were very comfortable. The kitchen is a great set-up for cooking. The Hangout and LuLu's are a must for family dinning and fun. The beach and water is as nice as Panama City. Para-sailing and sailing is great. Besides the extra large outdoor pool, the indoor pool and hot tub top off a day at the beach.

Our stay was wonderful and this is an execellent condo at a great location. The owners take pride in their property as it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. They even called after we checked in to make sure everything was okay. The photographs do not do this unit justice; it is much nicer with a great view of the pool and the beach! There is security personnel on the property and they make regular rounds. I highly recommend this unit, especially if you are traveling with teenagers and/or young children as they can have their own bedrooms. We fully intend to come back next year.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view of the beach. Much more than I was expecting. I have never rented a condo that was better stocked than his one. If you wanted to cook it had everything you would need and then some. Even had beach chairs, toys and umbrella. I loved the large balconey. There was seven total that stayed for 4 nights and we had plenty of room and never felt crowded. The owner was easy to work with. I would stay here again and definiently recommed this condo to anyone.

Had an excellent stay at Pelican Pointe, couldn't ask for a better stay. When we first arrived at the condo there was plenty of parking with security guard on duty and didn't have to worry about your vehicle at all. Went up to the room to check it out and was amazed how clean and homie it was, then went over to open the drapes and again was amazed of the view of the Beach and the Ocean from the very spacious balcony with a closet full of toys for the kids and chairs for adults to take down to the beach. Went back down to the vehicle to unload everything and had plenty of carts by the elevator to bring all your belongings to the room, everything very well planed out. About the only thing you need to bring is your personal belongings and food everything else it supplied. A very small walk to the private beach 2 very well kept pools one indoor with hot tube and one outside just a few minutes from the beach. Already planning trip for next year, was very well pleased from talking to the owners to picking up the keys a definate place to stay.

My wife and I have been spending Jan - March for the last four years. We are the quintesential Snowbirds. The unit is very comfortable kept in A-1 condition by our owners. The kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are bright and airy. Pelican Pointe is a 1st class condominium on Orange Beach. The staff from the on site manager, to the Security personel, to the Pool maintance people are outstanding. The White Sand beach ranks among the best in the US.

Everything went beautifully from first talking with the owner, picking up our key, and arriving at 1105 Pelican Pointe in Orange Beach, AL. We have been to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach before, so we knew this was a good location and nice property. We found the condo to be clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleased to find a regular size sofa, loveseat, and two chairs. We were also glad that the beds had good mattresses. The condo has a large balcony which we took advantage of every day. The grounds were well kept. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot tub. The outdoor pool was a little cool since we were there in early November. The beach was beautiful as always. They have done a good job cleaning up. We would recommend this property.

This condo is absolutely wonderful. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights just to get away. The view is beautiful from the living room and the master bedroom. We recently returned from Orange Beach from a weeks vacation in March. Our family has been going to the area for many years and have stayed at numerous properties. We found this unit to be at the top of our list. Everything you need for a great vacation you will find in 1105. The furnishings are great and the location on the beach is perfect. We travel to Orange Beach for the Kaiser Half-Marathon which was held the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Orange Beach and it was wonderful. The condo was lovely and CLEAN. The balcony was wonderful. The condo has everything you need - we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the only thing we needed was an aluminum roasting pan. I recommend this property 100%. The owner and property manager are both easy to work with.

Once again we have enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach! The condo was perfect for our "chick" week at the beach. We appreciated having security on the premises, too. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and the decor and bedding was very nice, along with the full size washer and dryer. We appreciated the owners leaving beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. for guests to use. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect since we did have a few days of rain. The staff at Poole and Associates were so accomodating. They responded immediately to any problem that arose and brought us a new DVD player for the living room without delay! Gulf Shores is such a low key place to hang out. We loved the seafood restaurants in the area and the convenience of the new Publix store just down the road. We look forward to our next visit to your beautiful place on the beach!

We had been going to the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area for years. Then we discovered this charming area and wonderful condo this year, that is SO much more convenient to get to from Kentucky. A straight shot down I-65 and in no time you are in paradise. No more two lane roads! The spacious, well equipped condo afforded us a wonderful view of the sugar white beach and emerald waters of the Gulf. The condo was clean as a pin, furnished nicely, and seemed huge with the clever floor plan. My wife, and two adult children had plenty of room and privacy. The rooms are arranged so that everybody can do what they want to do, stay up late, or whatever and nobody is disturbed because of the space between the rooms. The balcony is beyond huge and is accessible by both the great room and the master bedroom. I LOVED waking up and being able to see the gulf without raising my head off of the pillow. The complex offers security that really does keep things safe secure, and in check. I didn't even mind a couple of rainy days that gave us some extra relaxation and an indoor pool and spa when going outdoors wasn't in the cards. It was great not fighting major evening traffic when dinner time rolled around, and there are so many fun and interesting things to do, and places to eat. The only thing wrong with the condo and the vacation is that I am not still there and I had to come home. I'm working on a way to return again this fall so I don't have to wait until next summer to go back. The owners and the folks who provided us with our keys, parking pass, and directions to the unit were all wonderful people to deal with. Very accommodating to say the least and I would strongly recommend going to Orange Beach and staying in this wonderful, spacious, condo. It makes a wonderful home away from home.

Our week at Pelican Point was wonderful. The accommodations were great, the location is very quiet/private, and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. It has all the comforts of home, with the atmosphere of paradise!
